There is ntg of any offer listing. Suspect is it a phishing platform. Beware. Adding on, live chat couldnt answer to why all categories are empty. Couldn't commit to send email to confirm deletion of personal data. Highly suspicious this company is failing.
Can't even register for an account. Continuously getting the error message "failed please try again". Was told by support to reinstall app but it doesn't help.
Can't even register. After entering password and accept all terms, app keeps loading. Never got past this stupid page and can't access at all. I wish I can give a negative rating!
Offers don't refresh. Already emailed to customer service, more than over month still pending. Reflects badly on HSBC.
Nothing was mentioned about using coins to redeem benefit such as a 1-for 1 dining. I knew about it only when making payment in the restaurant for a supposedly 1-for 1 lunch. Message said: I only had 651 points. Need to accumulate 1000 points to redeem this benefit?? So I paid full amount! One more inadequacy of this App is that I can't tap on the restaurant name to check if it can be used or not unless I'm settling the bill on site. Lousy App! Deceiving. Unentertaining!!
I have been using this app for a year. Great app to take advantage of the deals such as dining and entertainment. There's always some savings no matter big or small. Should check it out for first time users. Please also be informed that the offers only starts on 2nd January 2019. Thus any prior comments/reviews regarding this app are invalid as offers only started appearing on the 2nd Jan.
This membership is a joke. It is nalways not valid for use. Wanted to use it yesterday which falls on a Mother's Day and merchant told us it is not valid for use on Mother's Day. I have no idea when Mother's day has become a PH or eve of PH. Nowhere in the T&C cna I find that it is not valid. Will definitely not recommend this membership if you have to pay for it.
The app is ok but has limited options to use it. if you do find say a restaurant to use it in you can save money (as long as you read the T&Cs first) but there are not a huge amount of options
unable to upload/change profile picture. no reply to live chat. flipped to other apps and back again, was put under "reconnecting". then, page reloaded + live chat disappeared forever.
Complimentary with HSBC card sign up promotion previously. Had utilised numerous 1 for 1. Choices were not that fantastic as the full version I believe. Then again, it helped me save alot on makan if you are open to exploring the food options within the app
Why prevent us from taking screenshot and sharing the offer details with friends ? Doesnt make sense.
Hard to use, cant find participating venues easily, hard to plan/book, often doesnt load properly. Essentially left for years as a bad dysfunctional app likely to deter use
You won't know if the deal is valid until you arrive at the venue. not much info on the deals are shown on the app. it'll be too late after you're at the venue and realised you don't want the deal.
quite dissappointed with this. this is more like the "lite" version. you will not find a lot of offers that are available in the full version. I was under the impression that they are the same.
Have not really use before so can't really gives much comments. But I think it's good for HSBC to came out with this apps for those using their credit card to have some benefits and discounts. Keep up the good work. Will temp give 4 stars till I really try out the app.
Dire steps below needs to be taken. 1. Improve filters and search function. 2. Update the offers. 3. Improve User Interface. 4. Procure better offers.
To help improve the app, I suggest to have a feedback review on each vendor listed. I have a bad experience at one of the vendor and it really destroyed the HSBC and Entertainer branding. Such vendor should not be included.
Just bad. Contacted the customer service named Jason. All he could help is asking me to uninstall the app and reinstall again. How impressive was that.
Introduces us to restaurants we would not usually go yto, indeed may not have heard about. Staff in restaurants are clued into this App so it was easy to use.
App was down for quite a long time. Unable to use it at the store after traveling far just for the restaurant.
There are no offers contained in the app. There is also supposed to be an FAQ and Live Chat function, but can't find it anywhere.
Nice to see separate app. And can just log in in different phone. Not perfect app, but works much better than website in old HSBC SG app.

Just installed this app. All pages are blank, no dining/shop information at all, its just an empty pages everywhere you clicks
All my filters done but says no results found..UNINSTALLING
Not very good deals available in Singapore. Entertainer used to have some properties as pay 3 get 3 free, now I couldn't find any like that.
Unable to view the promotions
The support is lacking and not efficient in attending to technical issues. Was bounced between HSBC and entertainer with no resolution. Poor experience. My conclusion is not all merchants listed on entertainer app is on the HSBC entertainer app, though HSBC claims to be otherwise.. waste of time and I will give it zero stars if I could.
