Entertainment Coupon Savings

Horrible! Do not get an automatic renewal as it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel! I had to cancel my credit card to get it stopped. Also, when they combined two cities books, for which I used to get one of each, they automatically sent me two copies of the same combined book without asking if I wanted it that way. Save yourself a huge amount of headaches and DON'T get this!!!!

Love the deals, but for a while now searching in the app has been an issue. After I look at a deal and hit the back button to go back to the search results, instead of going back to the results the app closes and I have to start over again. I can only look away one deal each time then have to keep reopening.

Not worth it anymore. Missing the McDonald's offers that used to be on the app. Now with no book in many areas you're really limited to Subway, Qdoba, Sonic, etc., and small local spots, but locals aren't always great about using the app for discount. Also, variety of offers limited compared to book offers for the same establishment. The shopping discounts at places like Bed Bath Beyond, Dress Barn, etc, are good and easy to use, but now you were limited to one time use.

Some places are surprised when you ask about the discount. That is on the app. Hence, some people either reject the coupon or, state "Will give it to you this time , but I don't know anything about the coupons, or I never signed up for that." Other issue going from 12/31 to 01/01 around midnight my app tells me it's expired. Have to email customer service to have it match to my actual renewal date which is later on in the year. Otherwise when it works It is great.

I've never had any problems with this app loading and it's much more versatile than carrying the book around. I can take advantage of deals in other cities and states that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. For the $9.99 cost, I've saved 5 times that much so far and I'm an infrequent user for the most part. This is definitely a bargain and I will continue to find more deals! Also, the developers of the app seem very willing to fix the bugs and make it right.

I haven't been able to open the app at all for a week or two. It always tells me they are experiencing problems & try again later. I've already un-installed & re-installed the app as the Entertainment reps have mentioned in some of these comments & it didn't help. Along with that, I've been buying the Entertainment Book for literally decades & the quality & amount of the offers, especially from chain restaurants & fast food, has declined so much that it's barely worth it anymore anyways.

easy app to use, glad they added the app. better then carrying around the paper entertainment book. every time I go to a restaurant I look it up to see if I get a discount. super easy to use and I have saved so much money. wish they would allow more uses of the same online coupon. you are limited to about 4 a year.

This is the worst application i have ever used! Got it as a gift and the app always gets stuck on loading, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I am glad I did not waste my money on this!

I like having the app on my phone and being able to find restaurants near me. The book was always frustrating, because they did not put the zip codes, of which there are many in Sacramento and it was hard to figure out where some of the restaurants where located. The only issue I have now, is that several of the of the places in the app, do not accept the coupon and say they never signed up for it and have no way to recoup the cost.

Trying to load app and it just keeps circling. First-time trying to use.....not impressed. If I can't use mobile app it doesn't do me much good.

I bought this book and app 3 years ago... and it was great (probably because i never had it before this time) i found some new places i never heard of... I had to cancel it after the first year because i wouldnt be eating out for a whle.. this year i desided to sign up again... it was disappointing now since most places are just fast food places ... and nothing really new since 3 years ago.. (the book is a third of the size it was 3 years ago too ) ... very disappointing and probably will not be renewing it... (also the book use to have a section in the back that sorted places by citys and now it doesnt.. at least with the app you can see what is around you. but not all the stuff is mobile.. )

Back in the day, the coupons use to work. Not anymore. Whether you cut the coupons from the physical book or using this app, these businesses arent accepting none of this stuff

False advertising! I checked the promotional restaurants listed before buying like Los Tios in Houston. It was listed like many others. After I bought the book it wasn't on my coupon list. You can't call or email them about the problem. It's fraud! Don't buy it! I think they are going out of business.

The Entertainment coupon book itself is fine. The app is pretty good, but it sends me push notifications for nearby businesses (or just now for a business down the street when I've been here for hours), even though I have completely disabled push notifications for the app.

Practically useless. Slow, very high data usage, does not sync with saved offers or savings data entered on website. Also when using app to use an offer you only have 10 minutes. If server is slow the offer expires and you lose it. Happened to me twice so far.

It's my fault for not double checking..I have been paying 20 dollars for 4 years for my online coupon subscription. I don't use the book. You can check that for accuracy. I dont remember subscribing to automatic payment. Also, it doesn't recognize my email address to opt out of auto pay. Please send an authorized link. The other one didn't recognize my email..once again..my credit card company ALERTed me.

It locks up everything you go search for a retailer. After searching and you want to go back to a category, it locks up and you have to exit the app to start over again. Not a very well written app.

No coupons, but I use the app successfully. I just renewed my subscription for another year.

Oh my heavens how times have changed. I remember being a small child and my Mom always carrying her "coupon book" everywhere we went. That was the late 70's - early 80's. I assure the skeptical this company is legit. My family (aunts, cousins, grandparents, parents, my children, schoolmates, church friends & family, etc.) We have all benefitted from the savings that our Entertainment Books publish for us. Only difference in now and then is this app that brings a digital version of our beloved books. I'm pretty darn excited about being able to use both book and digital. Since I just rejoined and downloaded this I will update this review after interacting with it a few more times. So far so good.

I love this app. Its so convenient when I forget the book. Have only had one problem with a business not wanting to accept the apps coupon (Looking at you, TGI Fridays) but thankfully a manager stepped in to assist. I also really love the savings tracker, it definitely is helpful when Im talking up the app so I can show people exactly how totally worth it this book and app are!
