entr is a very stable yet simplistic door automation system. it's battery is working for months on a charge, and I experienced only one temporary failure to connect. however, I'm missing an option to open and close the lock, and add users even while not being near the lock.
I am using ENTR with 5 locks. I would highly appretiate if there could be a lock selection button. Currently when I open the app it searches for the lock and I cannot swipe to another lock until the search fails. Then I can swipe to next lock and again waiting for failed connection.... and the process repeats until I find the correct lock. This is really frustrating and could be solved easily if I could select the lock first before it starts to search for it.
The app is stupid, takes a long time to connect... It's horrible, it stops suddenly, you need to change the cylinder... This my second stupid service... They marketed a bridge, it disappeared from the market, they silently changed their mind. The keyboard that operates this stupid device from the outside, if you change batteries it locks and says fault... You need to replace the device is the ONLY STUPID WAY... CUSTOMER SERVICE IGNORED MY EMAILS.... STAY AWAY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Yale should be embarrassed for publishing such application. Totally not reliable and locked me out of my house twice already. I have invested alot on this lock compromising the wifi functionality for a reputable brand and there is absolutely no support on their products even after attempting to contact them multiple times! If serious funtional updates released soon, I am considering to purshase another cylinder smart lock of other brand of 1/4 or 1/3 of the price and do the job of a smart lock
the app is not working. it doesn´t find/sync with the lock. I see it is a very common error. It´s a pity. Pls fix as it is a very expensive lock.
Cannot find the lock. Useless so far. Also tried IOS version to check the lock - Bluetooth is not recognized (says BT is off lol).
The app does not work. I tried to configure the lock with my cellphone and it never pair. I tried with I am on Android 10 on Samsung Galaxy S9 and Motorola G5. I also tried with IOS 14 on an Ipad 8th generation. What a terrible app.
We paid for this service. It does not work. You should be liable for that. It is impossible to connect and use a product that you sold. The app isnt updated since 2018... You abandoned your costumers. Shame.
Unfortunately I have this lock and it hardly ever works via the mobile app even on my Galaxy Note 10+. Embarrassing really. Support is also unresponsive. Avoid.
The lock is ok. The app is probably the worst piece of software I have ever used. And also don't dare change your phone. You will be forever locked out.
Heeeeeelllp. Anyone from YALE cares about this app? It is now working any more. I have to reinstall everytime when I need to use it !!!

works great... although I do prefer the classic code beacuse it takes less time..
It works only randomly. Only 1 lock owner is possible? Why? How can i use the key if the lock is unvisible to phone? one has to activate internal unit... This app is dissapointing, in 2019 year it looks/works like 10 yrs old app... Is there anyone working on any update?
The functionality of the lock and app is very basic and not worth the money.
Baggy app many times not working and it need restart the phone, to work

Horrible app. Does not work. Does not perform basic functions. Only one can be connected at a time. You can not see who opened the door, nor when. It is extremely difficult to connect to the lock. And the Bluetooth is very week, so you can connect only from inside the house. And for some reason even if your phone recognize the device the app requires the gps to be on as well. This app is a disgrace.
