When I first downloaded this app a year ago, everything worked perfectly. No problems except if I didn't have any cell service at all, which is to be expected. However, with this latest update there is a major problem. I can deny a client access but cannot give them access back once revoked. Every thing else works in the app and being able to do things remotely is wonderful. I can change access levels on the computer and the remote web client, but not on the phone app. This needs to be fixed.

When you edit server login credentials via the app, it creates a duplicate login instead of modifying the one you want. Then to delete these extra servers you have to successfully log in to one then go to the cog which brings up the server lists and has a delete button. Pressing this button doesnt delete the server, rather it just takes you to the original login page. This process is a bit clunky, time consuming, and, in my experience, broken.

This application is a pain to setup, on my Android I have to keep adding the information, username and password until for no reason with the same information use as before the server is found. Then when I look at the login screen I have dozens of entries with the same information in the drop down menu and there is no way to remove the extra items without removing and reinstalling. I would think that they could develop a better application.

Terrible. Works great.. Until it doesn't. Cannot get anyone who knows how to solve. Bounced around to 5 different numbers. No response to an e-mail. Billing is terrible, right hand does not talk to left hand. I would only recommend if using system 2 years.

No event from android, only work on iphone. I apparently fill multiple server while i was trying to setup the system and its overcomplicated to find out how to delete the extra one.

The app normally works great, but I can't access my cameras on my android since the last update. Developers, please fix!

Recently updated my android pixel 4, now the app no longer works. Logs me in and then sticks on loading. Scanning forum seems many others in same boat since update late 2020. Please fix!

Slow. No proper exit from the app. Had to uninstall and reinstall to add a site

This app definelely doesn't work, downloaded it today and it keeps giving me error message when I try to log on.

Using Galaxy S8, no error code reported but fails to load/display doors. All other functions operate as they should.

Useful tool to help manage accounts. However, I cannot find a way of closing the app.

Awesome app, I use it daily with my Exacq and Kantech systems. Planning on using it to control lighting at some point in the future.

Can't close/exit app from login screen

Cons: Funky draw pattern screen for security is a pain, and would like to be able to modify some screens.

Updated. Now the app just freezes. Need fixed asap!

Update broke application

This system is really powerful!!!

Locking up after sending commands. After toggling relay or door it says "loading" indeffinately. Have to kill app and restart to do the next task. LG g3 ver 5.1.1 build lmy47 v. Also would be nice to see the relays on home screen for those using relays for tasks.
