App is very easy access. Directions and steps are great !
Continually locks up while putting an order in. After about page 3 of an order guide or once it's saved more than once, it'll just get stuck loading and the order can't be accessed on here again.
Great app except for one thing, the saving step before you submit an order. It is in my opinion that this step is unnecessary; a three step process is a little too much. Another large food distributor's app is a good example of placing an order and just hitting submit, two steps. Even when I am taken away from the ordering to handle something on the floor, it automatically stores my order. I can go back in and add to, change, or hit submit. I wish the entree app would do the same thing.
Loads lists slowly, drops orders at some point but lets you make your whole order and on the last step everything disappears, and item numbers change and the item just vanishes so if your using the app as your order guide and don't notice it your out.
