I'm really looking forward to this app, but as of now the date picker doesn't work, it just jumps back til today now, when I try to pick another date (Android). (Edit to respond. Can't see how I can 'respond' 'x) ) No, the issue is not the same, but for some reason I can only pick dates up until August 28th? Can't see why, but at least now the app is usable :)
Not bad considering the chaotic state of Norway's buses post-privatisation.
Hi Entur, app is probably ok, but please inform users that periodic tickets does not work yet. It's ok that the app is under development, but I suppose it's a dealbreaker for a lot of users unless you only buy single tickets to anywhere. I don't have any numbers, but suspect that about 50% of the users are looking for periodic tickets. Maybe someone could add that kind of very essential information on the app information😬

Any news on the English language issue? My smartphone's language is French, and the Entur app displays in Norwegian only. If I change my smartphone's language to English, the Entur app still only displays in Norwegian. Would be worse for me if it were in Chinese, nevertheless Norwegian isn't easy!
I used to like entur a lot, because of the favourite system. But recently the app deletes my favourites everytime i start the app, making it almost useless. I am using a Honor View 20, and i don't use an account for entur.
We bought bus tickets to Innhavet but the bus driver didn't want to take the tickets. Said it was the wrong app... Would've been good if the app said which parts actually work and which are just for overview...
The drivers in tromso does not approve this app and it makes a problem as you have to show them the ticket when you get in the bus! I dont see why I should explain to every bys driver what kind of app is that and why dont I use a local app for the tickets! Also the price is higher the in a local tromso app!!!! Horrible experience! Thanks
Still defaults to Norwegian. Can't use it til you fix this. Please make this available in English very soon. Thanks.
App defaults in norwegian, no option for english at start up and I have no idea how to change the language.

Excellent app, very intuitive and easy to use. No extra fuss.
It sort of working. But, it would be appreciated if you could get more information about the travel you buy. Like wich bus or train and when or if you need to switch. The control to verify the ticket does not work when scanned. I haven't had any issues with any saying my ticket isn't valid. But, this needs to be fixed a.s.a.p!
Tired of yet another app for buying a ticket? Entur has a travel planner for all of Norway, and has options for buying tickets for most operators (the rest to follow). The app does exactly as promised, and you don't even need and account to buy tickets(!)). Customer service responds promptly to any bug report or request, and fixes are rolled out frequently. Any issues I've ever had, have been the operators' fault (Vy, Nord, Skyss, AtB). I look forward to the day I can use Entur for all of Norway
