I wish you could visalize the password, temporally, to make sure it is accurate so that you don't get locked out and have to start all over. Visualization of the checks, when trying to deposit, also needs some work on it.
Easy navigation. Most interaction is only one click. Great design, with priority of ease given to the user of the software! Love it!
This app is AWESOME! I love it. Sends messages when money drops in my acct. Tells me when large withdrawals are made. Tells me when my acct. balance is too low, etc. I can transfer money from one acct. to another without delays or wait time. AWESOME! The only thing it can not do for ME is print a cashier check when I need one. NO glitches or freeze. Love it! EMJ
This app is easy to use & I'm able to do most transactions myself on the site. I love, love, love Envision!!
I enjoy the convenience of this app. No more running around to deposit, check balances, or transfer funds. I have not had any issues with the app crashing or not completing my transactions. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to use their time wisely. Keep up the good work Envision!
I hate it so far. I tried to deposit almost $1000 and it rejected all the checks. Now I lost all that time, wrote all the specific information on the check, and need to figure out how to get the money now that they are designated for mobile deposits that will not happen. The app does not accurately represent where you need your camera lens, so you will notice that when you think you have correctly aligned the check, the check is actually smaller than the background area the camera captures. This must be fixed if it is going to be usable. I would encourage anyone to just find a Shared Branch to attend if they want to deposit checks. I know I will, especially when I receive large checks. I am very disappointed.
Absolute nightmare! Try to mobile deposit a check, have to write all over it, take repeated pictures, then confirm over and over. Only for the bank to refuse it. Take off from work to go and talk to someone to deposit said check. Should have stayed at suntrust, at least their app and system worked. Worst mistake I ever made was switching to this bank.
Mobile deposit is 3rd Party software. Extremely erratic reliability. Unsuccessful deposit (although will say "successful") is advised by EMAIL generally a DAY later. The reasons for refusals tend to be petty and inconsistent. On a broader note, the once top service, well trained reps and the general experience in the physical credit union has dropped significantly over the years. Be so advised.
Photo feature for check deposit is really poor. Picture quality is bad.
Wish would put credit items on and show the check data when checking in.
Easy to use. Like the app as I can check accounts without a computer or going to the credit union. No issues with this app. Happy with the results from using it.

Everything is great! Wish bill pay had an option to pay before 7 days of the date you set it up... Like tried to pay a bill today but the soonest I could pay was 05/18...
So far there have been very few and minor glitches, quickly resolved and overall I'm impressed with excellent function.
The app is fine when it's not buffering
Bring back the old app. The update doesn't allow for fingerprint scan to log in. It's super inconvenient to type my password every time. I hate this version.
Easy to maneuver and is super convenient. Interface is built well. Definitely recommended for mobile banking.
I love it. Easy to use. It is always current and accurate information. I love being able to transfer money from one account to another as often as I like with no fee or limit.
This is my first banking experience using an app on my phone. Very easy to use and lots of features to choose from. Hopefully, it will be secure.
Been enjoying the app for some time now. It did have a few bugs at times, but it looks as if they are all worked out now! Been resourceful for me...
The app works pretty regularly, but lacks essential features. I received my new debit card today (only updated expiration), and was forced to call the rude activation staff, who for no reason would not activate my card after the first agent call disconnected. Highly disappointed with Envision not providing any other alternative to activate a card and access my account. This function should be in the app, if you are already securely logged into your account.
