This app doesn't work!!!! It want download without sending error messages.

App will not load or open. I had to go by a branch to find out that they are aware of the issue with Droids. It would have been nice if they had posted that info on their website, but heck even their own Teller didn't know. Way to serve your members ENVISION.

Almost every review on this app from its beginning has mentioned a problem with mobile deposit. It has literally been 2 years and nothing has been changed or fixed in respect to that. Otherwise, it works well for checking your balance and making transfers. I NEED mobile deposit to work! Other places have this down, get it together!

Mobile Deposit does not work. No matter how clear the picture is of the front of my check, it's never able to read it. Please fix this, as I have other bank accounts with mobile deposit that work great, so I know it's not my phone. This app has not had an update or new version in nearly a year, which shows you do not care about the end user's experience or fixing issues...

What's the use in storing your account number if you have to put it in every time anyways..85% of the time I have to enter info twice if not more...I want to check my balance but when I want it to send me a text to check it I hardly ever get the text..almost makes me want to switch banks just because of this app

The mobile deposit option will not work on my Samsung phone, I take the picture of the check, and nothing, it does nothing. I use my tablet and it takes you through all the steps, then gives me an error. Please fix this issue! Oh yeah, when using the app on my tablet, it times out after maybe 2 minutes. If it wasn't for these two problems, it would have a higher rating.

As a long time member and former employee Envision under Mr Cromer was always on the cutting edge of technology. This app is terrible. Good only for checking balances. Mobile deposit which works well for all my other banking apps errors out. This would be a great feature if it functioned. Having to obtain a new code every time I sign in on same device is not good either. Fix this app or fire the company who built it and start over. Thanks

Love this app. I've notice that everyone is complaining about it Last few days. This app works great and us current down due to upgrade to their system. It works great and does what I need. Downfall though is it won't allow me to transfer from other savings accounts on my main account which is not cool since inuave to make a trip from my area that doesn't have the envision bank. I live in Jefferson County and closest is Leon county about 45 minutes away. Otherwise love it!

When I first downloaded this app it worked fine. It's functionality was somewhat limited but at least it worked. Then one day it just started looping the login page! Had to turn off phone to stop it. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app several tones to no avail. Please Envision stop there madness😨

I've found this app's performance to be very inconsistent. Sometimes it works flawlessly, and at other times, it refuses to load. No error messages pop up; it simply will not load after I've entered my credentials. I wish it were more consistent. Right now, when I've tried signing in for the past few weeks, all I get is a white screen, even after reinstalling.

Ive had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times since may 2016...its annoying but I need mobile banking. It freezes on the first screen and wont go anywhere or once I get in nothing works...when it does work, its an okay app

Locked out if account for attempting to login to more than one computer. Gonna have to wait until morning to reset again.

I use a droid ultra, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and the app just keeps restarting itself when I open the app. Totally unusable.

I have been using this app for about 4 months now and it was working good. I click the app and all it does is loads I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and its doing the same thing. I have turned my phone off and back on and the problem still persists. Please fix this!

Getting an error "unable to login" when trying to use the mobile deposit feature, while already logged in to my account.

It used to work, but doesn't allow me to login any longer. It looks like it is going to work, but epic fail every time. Reading other reviews tells me that it's not worth the space on my phone. And in this day and age, how could you not have a great app???

Very quick with transfers and great to see your bank account if you safe conscious. Don't make transfers a habit because you will get a fee after three transfers.

Mobile deposit is still broken, and there's no way to contact the bank through the app, you have to call them our go to a branch and complain in person

The app is terrible it's always offline you can never get on long time member never had problems like the problems I'm having now trying to check my account

Keeps making me jump through hoops like the website. It's ridiculous. Make a new one please, a better one!

I have been locked out of my account for the 3rd time because it can't remember my password!! Annoying to have to call the bank repeatedly to reset my password!

Mobile deposit does not work, keeps saying login failed

This app is completely unusable and constantly crashes. Please save face by removing it from the app store until you have something that is serviceable for your members to use.

This app is slow, and also doesn't recognize my phone a lot of the time. Has force closed at times. I can't log in to see my balance a lot. All in all, it's frustrating! !

App crashes with Error loading data. Droid Turbo. Totally unusable.
