Don't bother installing. Not reliable. I set it up one day. The next day it hadn't remembered my card details. Tried again , but wouldn't connect to the internet (I tried WiFi and 4G, both of which worked otherwise). It also didn't tell you at install time that it is a requirement to enable camera access (for scanning a QR code at the charger), so after installation I had to find my phone's app settings to change permissions. Ugh!

Not a good start. I had the same problem others described: I simply couldn't register with the service, the button remained greyed out. After a lot of messing about I found that my email address, which was auto inserted, needed re typing. There's something about their app which doesn't copy the email address properly from the opening screen.

The app suffers from all the above issues. Mine was not saving payment details. Which you need to even use the chargers. It stated no internet, but there was. I ended up getting it working by using a visa as opposed to Mastercard. Very weird, couldn't fund anything stating that Mastercard wasn't accepted. But it saved. I will update this review if I have further issues. I haven't tested if it saves the data long term yet. Eitherway, the app is low quality, requires a rework.

Same problem as other reviewers. Would not save payment card. Went back to house to try on wifi. No difference. Without means of payment you can't use the chargers. So completely useless.

Sorry to say I agree with most reviews. Can't register. Asked for password reset to see if that opens the possibility of registering again. Apparently the email explaining how to do this has been sent but never arrives in my inbox.

Couldn't register with app. Couldn't charge car. Maybe in the future it will work but now its a pointless waste of time.

0 star!!! Dumbest app ever! Kept asking for payment method....I added it... Kept saying added....then says no payment method. Tried multiple times. Get your app working! Simple request.

App does not save bank card details despite adding and clicking 'save' several times. This renders the app useless for me.

The register button is blanked out after entering my details. So I can't even register to charge.

I didn't encounter any issues with using this app at all, but I nearly didn't install it and thought I would have to change my charging plans due to all the bad reviews on here. I'm sure if you hit a glitch it's very annoying, but don't be put off. People are more likely to rate an app when they have had an issue than when it does what it says on the tin, but perhaps isn't very exciting. Easy to start and end a charge, quick to use. There are many worse charging apps out there than this one!!

Simple enough to set up and register with, the challenge comes with having a clear view on charge points through the app (my experience where the charge point wasn't showing then no way to disconnect cable....) A view on cost per kwh would be also helpful (this wasn't viewable and where in the app itself from what I could see..)

App is a hot mess. Literally NOTHING works. Can't save payment method (wants Internet connection, even though I'm connected), search by map gives zero information as to which charger is which, but doesn't work anyway because I tried them all, scanning barcode fails - says "vehicle isn't connected" even though I'm actually successfully charging already under the free trial. Login expires and you keep having to log in & there is no provision for biometric login. Navigating the app is painful.

Garbage app, can't even register (an ongoing theme it appears), if app developers can't even fix it after the number of complaints on here then they deserve to go out of business. If there is a problem with the registration (ie: password doesn't meet requirements or something, then that needs to be clearly spelled out on the app).

This is probably the worst app I've ever downloaded. I would give zero stars if could. It's completely and utterly useless, it won't even scan the QR code on my EO charging point to start the process. Whoever designed and developed this app should hang their heads in shame and pursue a career in other areas unrelated to app designing and development.

Tried to register to use the app. On my android phone could not register, the button would not let me select it after completing all required fields. Had to give up after multiple tries. Worked better on the iPhone.

Completely useless cannot even register!!!

Can't even register. Entered all fields and have 15 char password with capitals, numbers and special characters but the register button is greyed out and disabled. Lucky I was setting up in advance and not at a charge station with a low battery.

The one star is for downloading the app. After that useless, can't register, no matter how many times I tried. Good job I didn't really need to charge, was setting up just in case.

Possibly the worst app I have ever tried to use. I say tried because it simply never worked. It is staggering that an app so appauling can be launched as part of a commercial enterprise.

Completely useless app. Screens all overlay each other with barely ledgible text unless you're in a dark room. Completely unusable.

Set up the app before hand and it was as easy as just scanning the QR code on the charge point. Very impressed with my first experience.

I have been going round in circles for days attempting to register on the app. I've installed and uninstalled it and installed it again. I still can't register. Do I need to be at a charging station to do this? More information on the website would be extremely helpful. Patricia Howes, Sydney

What an absolute mess of an app! Using Android, it is literally unusable. Pathetic. Would give zero stars if possible. Can barley see screen overlays as they are so faint.

Does not work on my P30 pro. Cannot scan. If I press find on map does not do anything, settings button as well. The app does not work at all.

App needs a bit more testing and polish to be actually useable. Had difficulty creating an account and now can not log in. No meaningful feedback or error prompting.

App was fine but cannot accept they charge even if you fail to connect. They charge when you recieve 0 kWh. No response to several emails on the issue.

App still barely works after reporting issues to developers where all menus appear very feintly in the background so they can't be seen at all, issue ongoing for OPPO devices, seems to be slightly better on samsungs
