EVERYONE BE AWARE! H O R R I B L E. On cell phone it works a bit. But the TV app is not worth downloading. And therefore a subscription with you provider, when using a smart tv, is worthless. Sadly I have a 2 year contract and haven't been able to view anything because there is only 1 thing the app does. And that is freezing. Freezing and again freezing. Don't waste your money on EON TV with a smart tv. Better throw your money directly in the ocean.

Terrible experience. For some reason the app just decides randomly on my Android TV to freeze the screen. And no matter what you do, it doesn't work. Restarting the app, doesn't do a thing. Refreshing memory, nothing. Moving channels, NOTHING, all channels are frozen. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!

The Chromecast button doesn't work. The TV gets stuck in a screen with the EON Logo. This seems to make the app completely unusable. Additional feedback: This app has fhe most horrible interface on SmartTV. It is basically unusable to shift time.

Very bad, if I could I would give a zero. Buffering al the time, error signal lost 404 al the time, unstable links to view channels. It is not worth spending money. Lots of better alternatives.

It was nice when installed, but by every update it gets worse, crashes, and buffering lasts for 10 minutes!!! = and all that under full WiFi signal! Someone need to test it thoroughly before next release!

I've never experienced any major problems with app or tv channels. The most annoying thing for me was, as some others already told, accidentally switching channels. Some kind of lock or different gesture would solve this problem. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied by app and content.

Observed app is always aquiring screen_bright_wake_lock irrespective of playback and non-playback use cases. This Wake lock held should be released during non-playback cases. One more concern is that in paused video playback screen, there is digital clock displayed and refreshed every minute. This blocked devices from triggering screen saver. Please help to fix these issues..

The new version seems not to support android TV (or android BOX) it works well with my phone but seems the app is made to purposely block non mobile device and that it just not fair if I pay for the service

There is still no options to decrease quality on Yoga SmartTab. I made feedback. They called me few times and 2 updates after that still nothing.

The app on phones and on PCs via browser must have also the option of 7 Mbps video streaming. Just like Smart TVs!

Can you add Picture in Picture PiP mode so we can watch a second channel simultaneously with the primary channel and quickly switch between both.

Not worth it as a service .Horrible application. The Video Quality on most channels is below average .Probably 10 years ago would be fine but for 2021 very obsolete. Rewind or pause does not work most of the times. The EON box does not support wi-fi , occasionally it lags. The alternative is the cast method which is a bit more stable.

Very confusing application! There should be a way to see only the channels you are subscribed to, or as in other similar applications to see not accessible channels faded. Not having this separation option makes application useless and the experience of using it becomes unpleasant and frustrating. I choose not to use EON TV app until this is fixed.

The app is so bad I don't know where to start. When you watch something the app decides on it's own to change the quality and you can't watch anything. So talking about that give us the option to decide what quality we want! Secondly when searching for shows, movies, ect. You write the name of the show and it does not appear in the search bar. You need to find what words or letters to make combination of so your show can appear. Please fix

Poor user experience, poor buffering, look at Netflix app for a reference how it should be done.

UI is pretty awful, and besides, I'm not really taken with the video quality. And THE deal breaker - once you're logged on, you see ALL the available channels, instead of just the ones you're subscribed to, which was a really bad gamble on your part. I'm guessing the idea was to tempt people into upgrading their plan, but it makes me regret activating the service instead, because it makes the app practically unusable for my family members. I think I'll stick to Netflix, thanks.

The app disconnects frequently(error 4000). Each time this happens, you are not able to click play to resume watching, but you are forced to close the app and start all over again. This is especially frustrating if you are watching a previously recorded content because, once you restart, you need to fast forward to the point where you had been cut off which is extremely cumbersome to the point that it is not worth using the app. I just want to add that the old NetTvPlus app worked perfectly.

App works well, the quality of TV channels is high. There are 2 issues: 1. The swiping to jump to next channel might have been considered a cool feature, but it is rather inconvenient than easing. 2. The time slider does not update in real time with the TV and stays where it was moved last time. Hope you are willing to improve the app I am available to provide you with any additional details you might need to fix the second issue and to reconsieder removing the swiping feature. Best Regards

UI can be better. Channels which I don't have subscription to appear the same way which is frustrating. They should appear faded or have a filter at the top to show subscribed channels only. The same applies to radio stations, VOD, etc. Also when I have a popup showing I don't have a subscription and hit OK, I'm kicked out of the programme list! EDIT3: Is there any reason why I can't cast from my phone to the TV app?

Playback is fine, even with Chromecast... BUT My provider has 200+ channels while my plan includes about 40 of them. Whoever designer/marketeer decided that in such cases you should NOT be able to tell WHICH f****** ones your plan allows for - should be fired on the spot. Not only that, but you can't organize or filter your channels in any way thus even if you'd eventually clicked thru all of them - there is no way to save a list / flag them. This is a perfect app for those who love lottery.

Better platform then the original i was using with Net Tv Plus. Only thing i wish is that it would be available for download on the Amazon fire tv stick application i can't find it on the Amazon platform yet. Please make it available!

App needs some way to lock the channels changing, or at least double click. When you watching something on record it is annoying because you can easily missclick and change the channel ... Also, when you try to slide down to see the clock of the phone it is changing the channel. The idea of the app is great but UI is awful...

App is disconnecting constantly. You can not choose what you want.

please add the lock feature. i keep triggering gestures, i can't even figure. out how, that take me to another channel/show. it's really an appalling UX (and UI...) .. edit: why can't i give you 0 "stars"?
