Overall it's okay. Aside from the constant popup when launching the app, MY FAVORITES doesn't work. You'll get a network error if you tap on it then get signed out if you hit the back button. With this, monthly bill payment is a hassle. You have to put in all required info each and every time. This has been a problem for more than half a year and your app devs don't seem to know how to fix this problem. Either FIX IT or REMOVE THE FEATURE entirely. It's that simple.

Can't log in because the password field won't allow me to enter my full password. It is capped at 20 characters. Will update review once it's fixed. EDIT: The developer has asked me to try having a shorter password. It works with a password that's <= 20 characters. However, I don't think it's the correct approach since if the app won't allow >20 character passwords but the website does, then the service shouldn't allow users to create passwords of that length in the first place. My recommendation for having a longer password limit on the app still stands.

I could not log in on the app. There's always an error message popping saying "secure lock must be enabled", but I already tried swipe, password and pin, turning my phone on and off, allowing all permissions, and reinstalling the app. Still, the issue is not solved. I've been having this issie for a month now. I sent a message via messenger, and still waiting for the resolution to this issue.

Trash not user-friendly app. Loading time when viewing features usually takes 1-3 minutes which is unacceptable! It took us more than 10 minutes just to get past the face verification phase as it is horrible in detecting eye movements even if my camera quality is good. And all that were wasted because the app suddenly went to an error. It said that internet connection is poor when our internet connection is actually fast. Now we are forced to repeat everything we did.

It is bad enough that their online sign up is a complicated process, it got worse with the App as after encoding all your details, it says that it could not process request. Very useless as of the moment. Uninstalling. Update: 05/02/2020: Was charged a total of 100.00 on my Credit Card and yet account was not yet activated. Basically a rip-off and borders on scamming. Please don't use the sign-up with Credit Card option.

Why does it take forever for your app to load? I can't even sign up because the app does not want to load. And after I enabled the lock screen, it keeps on popping up after I entered my bank card details. I can't proceed, please help. Since I first installed your app, I still encounter an error saying "Failed to register device" and up to now (Sept 6), my problem has not been fixed. :-( So I couldn't use your app.

One of the most irritating apps I've used. User unfriendly. You have to take a seminar to know what you have to do. It takes forever to load when you press a button. After the long wait, it says it can't connect to the server then blames my internet connection. I have a 5ghz 100 mbs connection, I literally threw my phone in disgust. Whoever designed this app should be fired. Terrible experience.

The app finally functions somewhat. I was able to use it for telecom loads. Sometimes it still glitches especially when having issues with internet connection. Could be used as semi-convenient way for money usage but I must say there are much better apps out there for users to choose from with more convenient functions available.

Edited 06/29/20: The app seems to be working now after uninstall/reinstall as advised. Buggy still. Your previous app selfie me is no different. After years that this service was introduced, still buggy. I cant seem to log in using the app. Im using android. It keeps saying invalid username/password. I tried forgot password and was sent a temporary one but it's trying to log in for quite a while now until it says the app is unable to establish a connection with the server.

I can't sign up my eon card because I've had a very hard time capturing a clear image of my ID. I can capture a clear image of my ID using my default camera by focusing it but in the in-app camera it is blurry and you can't make any adjustments to make a clear capture. I also have to always repeat from the start of the sign-up process everytime my phone locks or I go to other apps because the in-app camera already malfunctioned upon returning to it.

I just manage to register in the app after many attempts and by contacting the fb page about it. But the reason that i gave this a 1 star is that the App doesnt let you set the PIN at the end of the process it just let you go straight to the completion. And EON has a very bad customer service.

As an app user maybe keeping the app in a simplistic form is enough, we dont need that owl logo. Ive been trying to sign in into my account and new picture is required but, clicking next takes a while even tho its just an instruction screen telling me what to do while taking a picture and have been trying a "LOT" (well lit room and phone in eye level) of times to take a picture and end up not trying anymore because it just keeps on repeating itself, JUST TAKE THE PICTURE WE TOOK, simple as that.

I cannot sign in, it says enable secure lock screen to create keys required for user authentication. Can you tell me how to fix it. Thanks. My Reply: That is not the solution. I was able to fix it myself. Are u not trained for the app? I just enabled my fingerprint scan to make it work. Maybe you need to know how this app works. How I wish I can give you a zero star rating.

Sign in button is not working properly. After trying to spam it with my finger and eventually get me to the login page, finger print sensor feature is not responding at all. I can log in via desktop but what's the point of building the app if it won't work at all.

This is my first time using EON and I kept re-installing it because it just keeps on loading. it always tells me to put a password or pin on my phone, I have tried various ways putting up passwords... Yet it still didn't work so i reinstalled it again. Did the same thing for more than 3 times and when i finally got halfway in, it said i had a network problem when i have really strong internet connection. Please fix it! Our barangay gave us these cards for our subsidies.

I cant login in the app. When I tap on log.in it shows message "SECURE LOCK SCREEN MUST BE ENABLED TO CREATE KEYS REQUIRED FOR USER AUTHENTICATION.". I have a samsung a30s. I tried setting up Pin, password, face recognition, pattern for security lock screen but still not working. I installed, uninstalled and installed again but still the same. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

I signed up for a starter account using the app and when I made my first online payment after transferring the amount to my account, the payment was unsuccessful on the part of the merchant, but EON says that it's successful, then the result is that I just lost the money. Now, I had to process a dispute and wait for at least 45 days for it to be resolved. In conclusion, this app's not reliable. Better not make an account.

After updating the app i can no longer sign in to my account. I always get an error saying cannot connect to server and to check internet connection. I have already used 3 different internet connection which are all have good speed but I'm still unable to sign in. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing seems to work. Please help me on this.

Is this app still up? For a few days now, all I get is "there seems to be a problem connecting to the server..." besides, this is a perfect example of how not to make an app, terrible UI/UX, lousy ad placements, and absurd popups. This app is just sad.

Their system is seriously flawed. They have been stealing money from me so i stopped using them after trusting them for so long. I have 10+ open cases with them relating to my card being charged even though transactions are failing and merchants not receiving the payments. Imagine me blasting these different merchants both local and int'l when all along the problem was my bank. It's been more than 2 months and ive lost hope in getting back my money. Imagine 10+ instances. Edit: still no help

I installed this because the older eon app I use as usual won't open saying I don't have internet when I have strong wifi. It's been a while since I opened the app so I checked if there are any updates and found this other app instead. I thought you may have changed to a newer app because the old one is always faulty. After installing I can't even open this app, it has the same error as the previous one. Wow.

Please use Paymaya or Gcash instead. Everything about this app is far inferior to any other choice from the way how their security is handled to the app's interface. The list of what's wrong about ut doesn't fit the word limit. The only good thing I can say about it is that their customer service replies fast. I only used this to retrieve government assistance funds after losing the EON card and it took them almost 3 months to let me get my cash.

It resets all my personal info with each update. What is worse is that it locked me out of my own account after I forgot my password because I was using fingerprint identification and now it won't even send the OTP to allow me to unlock my own account. I checked and it's definitely my phone number that it's supposed to send to but I get nothing and yes, there's nothing wrong with my phone nor sim card. I can send/receive SMS messages with no problems.

Set it to fingerprint. Then it got messy. Something about a profile already exists. I've tried both Community and this one. Same issue. It's a hassle to clear data each time I need to log in. Support is going in circles. Makes me regret going the "easy access" via sensor. Hahay

I was trying to sign up through a browser but I failed. I downloaded the app but still I failed in signing up. It said that my password didn't pass your standard although I followed every rule already. I tried to reset my password but then again I failed in doing so. 😥
