I reinstalled this app many times but it will not work for me anymore. It will just FRUSTRATE YOU. I can't log in even I have the correct log in credentials. They said you can log in on Eon App on multiple mobile devices but it won't even let me on the original device I registered on. The app is so unreliable and frustrating. Many agent reached out to me but none so far solved the issue. They didn't even think if it as an issue. They aren't even sure if the developer is working on it.

I downloaded the app hoping that I can easily activate my Eon starter kit that I purchased from 7-Eleven. However, upon opening the app, it keeps on crashing whenever it asks me to take a selfie. It's not "user-friendly". If the issue is with the Android version of the phone, then PLEASE INDICATE the required version for a hassle-free/no crashing use of your app. FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wouldn't connect at all. Repeated the registration process from the beginning for more than 30 times. After registering, while accessing the account 9 out of 10 times it will say not able to connect. Just by repeating the login process i have ended up more than 50 OTPs in 2 hours. Just don't waste your time with this nonsense.

It took a while to find a starter kit. Then when I found one, I can't activate it through the app. Always says can't connect to the server. At first I thought I have low connection so I reloaded my data just to make sure. Still wont connect me to the server. So I sought help both from email and messenger. email responded guving me instructions to wait 24 hrs since they're refreshing their servers.Then they said to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app...when I replied it doesn't work still THEY DIDN'T REPLY ANYMORE. There clearly is a great deal of improvement needed. 😕

I dont wanna believe on reviews at all but it seems like they are all correct. The problem with this app is not good. Even though you have internet connection, the app will tell you problem with connection. I've put 14digits card correctly and so is the activation code but the app tells you that you did it incorrectly. This is disgusting. I hope you can fix this Asap.

Based on other customer reviews and my personal experience, this app is without a doubt, useless. Can't proceed from the T&C page after clicking agree and continue. My wife tried using another device but she also encountered the same reported issues with taking a selfie and pushing to the next steps. Either you guys fix the issue or find another developer for your app. So inconvenient and a total waste of time.

Registration is a tedious process that timed me out multiple times. Face recognition and ID setup capture processes were a hassle since the camera is being controlled by the app, a simple upload photo would have been better. Also the amount of info being asked for registration should be done after registration, the app made no assurance that the info being submitted was secured. A simple note would be better but I'm guessing that would time out the session as usual.

what the hell is wrong with your app. I've been trying to set-up my eon account yet I always end up unable to even pass the password set-up part. I always end up getting an error. I've tried it in to different phones with the same outcome.

Never even got to register or create an account. app keeps closing. keeps showing that it is loading. restricts the "back" function of the phone. I am using a note 8. thought of giving the app a chance despite the reviews I guess it still have the same problems. myghad.

I have been registered to this app for quite a time now, but then when I opened my account today, Suddenly, it shows no account is available!! and I have to add a card again.. When I tried to add card, it cant proceed as well.. Showed to pick something to proceed but then there is nothing to choose!

The app is set to auto-update but won't let me login on the app. I suggest find a new app developer. When I first downloaded the app I also experienced a lot of issues. Very frustrating. Your app is not user-friendly. Too many hassels. To think your app and unionbank online banking has a lot of potential and convenience it can offer but with a poor developer, that won't happen...

I can't create an account. My friend recommended this app to me however it's not working! Everytime after I agree to the terms and conditions I will have to take a selfie but there's no face appearing in the screen and if I try to click the "capture" icon, it crashes. I already uninstall and reinstall it for several times however it's still not working. Come on unionbank. Pls fix this. I really need to have an account. I already bought an eon visa card

Useless app. I tried many times to enter my card number but the system says that "Uh-oh! Check the card number and try again". There are also lot of bugs in the app. Very inconvenient. It will waste your time. Note: I entered my card number correctly.

Get a new designer for your UI. Remind your UI developer that this is supposed to be a banking app. Not a social media platform. Use finger print scan instead of face recognition. UI is not friendly at all. I was supposed to use this app to do a reload on easytrip but couldn't find it. I uninstalled the app due to frustration on using your app. Does your graphic designer used a banking app before?

Taking pictures for my id was so hard. I was using a tripod and it would still come out as blurry! While I understand that it would be best to just take a pic than to upload one, the camera functionality is soooo bad! Kindly fix it asap.

Latest update...fingerprint login not working...totally locked out of app. Useless. Also...the icons in the homescreen are pointless. Just use text..so we don't have to click on all of them to find something.

Amazing!!! It amazes me how useless this app is, really. I have 2 EON cards to link and neither works. Worse, I am in touch with their customer service (2 separate threads - 1 for my personal account, 1 using my company email) and all I'm getting are generic responses that they are escalating this, they'll get back to me, etc. Then after a few days, they will forget about it, we are back to square one and they seem to have lost all my details as they will ask for it AGAIN -- as if it was just the first time I complained about it. We're going around in circles!! It's been over 2 months now, and after 100+ emails and countless attempts to troubleshoot, I have not gotten a genuine, honest response and issue was never resolved. @heretohelp, please don't bother responding if it's only going to be the same standard comment that you copy and paste on every complaint here.

Not pleased with this alleged "Best Digital" so and so. The selfie login makes things complicated and inconvenient. Then, Settings could not be changed at all. You're stuck with such disappointment. :(

always times out during registration, cant access server... so many items to fillout..cant even finish creating the account first, then update profile.. was charged 3x on my visa debit for the card verification, and wasnt even able to register... anyway.. unable to use..

Always getting error establishing secure connectivity. Even while using wifi. Never going to use it. Support (heretohelp) can't even help fix the problem. Asks for screenshots of the error but can't do anything about it anyways.

Useless. Keeps on locking me out. When I use the forgot password route, it prompts Device Information missing. Even if I have used this app in the same phone previously. I want to close this account already. Only problem is I have a small balance left and I'm not willing to give even a peso to this crappy service.

updated the app as required and now i can't log in. everytime i try to it asks me to update the app and redirects me to google play but i cant do anything else as it is already updated. so it's either i choose open or uninstall. when you tap open it brings you to the app which again shows that update reminder. so you're basically on a loop. 😂😂😂

This is the worst and most intrusive banking app that forces you to provide information that is absolutely unnecessary to access your own account ONLINE. Highly inconvenient to use and too tacky. A banking app is supposed to be trustworthy and secure, NOT at all like social media which is what it's trying to be. Edit: There is absolutely NO point in requiring a selfie to log in. Why is that even a thing? Ever since EON became separate from Union Bank, it has gotten exponentially worse.

I can't even register. It says no connection even on a wifi connection. After reading reviews form users with similar experiences then it's really true that this app and card doesnt work.
