I lost about 10 eos bc I included the wrong memo. Freewallet support has been very helpful in the recovery of my eos. I also use Math wallet and had a similar issue and haven't heard from Math wallet support after 3 weeks. Even if freewallet can't save my eos I really appreciate their effort in helping me. Btw all the one star reviews are for technical issues that may or may not be user error. This is a great wallet
An EOS wallet that does not support all EOS. This info not available anywhere on the app and now it can take weeks or months for my balance to appear in my wallet. Edit - currently in contact with customer support who are quite rude and unhelpful.
The design is really good, easy to use, and pleasing to the eye. Got a lot of charts and even includes a balance sheet. I love it! Would be a whole lot better if it were designed for students, too.

The feature to syncup with any coin is great. The user interface is also cool and geeky looking.
They are scammers, stay away! I lost $14 worth of ETH and then they wouldn't send it back to the wallet I sent it from. Stay far away. They are taking down these reviews to save face but are definitely scammers.

I sent EOS from okex to my wallet, for over 12hours it is still 401/450 confirmation. Still pending... This is very frustrating.

Fantastic! New user, I sent a 1000 eos to the wrong memo thought I lost a bunch!🤯 There Super support service fixed the problem within 48hrs! Funds returned😎✌️ godbless! Crypro will only catch on with 3rd party honest company's like this one! Thanknyou ! Now Only if they could recover all them lost btc to wrong and misplaced addresses over the years I would be even happier. Banks exsist becuase people dont trust themselves with there own money! This wallet provider is a step closer at least!
This is now an edited review. It wasn't working the last time I weote and they responded very quickly and I went back and gave it a shot. It functions very well now and the sign in and sign up have the options that are necessary and that among other things that I had mentioned in my last review are fixed and I thank them for that. Shows they care about the client and that they take pride in their work and in themselves. Best service yet.
