Rating 0 stars. App doesn't work. App says Location not Found when trying to start a new session. New visit to Ann Arbor, spent a half hour trying to load the app and populate all the profile and settings, only to have the location not work. Obvious issue with the app. Restarted phone. Hard reset. Updated location settings. Manually set location in app. Did all the 'tricks' in the message threads. It's simple, the App doesn't work. Fix it.

Updated app stinks bad. All the positive reviews are from when the app was simple and streamlined. Used to work perfectly. Enter your space, enter the time, pay, done. Now, they've made it much more complex with features that just don't work. Why the imprecise slider? This is just an awful user design. Congrats A2. You got taken by a firm selling you "improvements" that aren't. Bite the cost and revert back and hopefully whoever made the change learns that the enemy of good is perfect.

WARNING. App seems to work fine, I paid and did NOT get a ticket. The app is convenient to use. However i have major gripes about the excessive permissions required to use it, this can be a sign of scam software or poor cooding technique. Because of this, I refuse to keep it installed on my phone and instead, when needed, install it and then delete it after my A2 parking needs are done :-/

No longer works. Same "location not available" error others are reporting. Meanwhile, UMich's parking app used in other locations within this town continues to work great. A2 needs to get with the program and fix their app or use the same app as UMICH. They also need to refill receipts at their parking machines because I can't use the app and now can't get a receipt from their machines either.

why waste time paying physically at a meter when you can save yourself time and pay on your phone also, I've gotten tickets for meters I paid for. this app guarantees I have a receipt so I can disprove the ticket. let's me pay for longer than 8 hours at some of the limited timed meters. so many benefits.

Does not work in all parking locations down town. Gave us wrong directions to get back to our car which was 10-15 min walk in the complete opposite direction. Overall, not impressed and was expecting better results.

Simply doesn't work. When I load the app it says "location not available." Despite reinstalling, allowing access to all requested privileges, and checking any settings or trouble shooting. It just doesn't work.

This app worked fine until a few months ago and now I can't even use it. When you start a new session it gives you a location error. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and done everything I can think of to fix. Need this to work to park in AA... pls fix!

Simply doesn't work. I was only able to use this app once after that it has yet to work for me. I have an Android (Not sure if that matters or not) I made sure everything was updated tried reinstalling it double checked my settings. Just doesn't work please fix.

Great convenience for parking in town. Fortunately there is Wi-Fi in most of the public area of Ann Arbor. But even if there isn't you can memorize your space and set it up when you get somewhere where there is Wi-Fi.

This worked great on my old phone. Just got a new one running Android 11, and no matter what permissions I give it it says the location is unavailable. It must need to be updated to work with the latest systems

Update: Able to get passed location error and will update my review after successful parking. ----- Unable to park with the app since August. Get a constant location error. App is useless if you can't park with it. Have to use meters again

so convenient. no more parking tickets. if you stay parked longer than expected you can extend your time without going back to the car. the app even reminds you when your time is running out

I'm annoyed that I have to waste my phone space on another parking app for another city. Ann Arbor sets you up to fail with this two hour parking. Took my 3 year old twins to the hands on museum for their school field trip. The street parking is restricted to 2 hours. The app sent me a reminder my parking was about to expire an hour after it expired. It reminded me at 1:39pm when my parking ended at 12:39pm. I renewed the parking but of course it was too late, I was already ticketed. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Does not work. I just get "location not available". I've tried everything including restarting phone and restarting app. It has all permissions. Must just be a broken app. Don't use it right now.

The interface is too small. The slider is terrible. It's almost impossible to see. Very frustrating. Terrible design. Go back to the way it was before. Please!

Every attempt to start a session ends with an error that location services aren't active.

If you don't turn on location when it asks you to the app becomes totally useless. When you click new session it says location not available and won't let you pay.

I think it is very convenient for me.and it saves me time. I can pay right from my car and get out and head right where I need to go. No annoying parking machine. Love it.

Doesn't work. It repeatedly states location survives are unavailable. I can't start a new session.

Everytime I type in a space number, it doesn't accept it and uses just one of the numbers I type in and then I end up not paying for my parking!! Got a parking ticket today cause of this issue :(

So much easier than using the machine, and I never have to wait for someone else. Also, very easy to add time when running late. So great!

When I tried to open it the first time it would not let me proceed without a PIN. No clue where the PIN should have come from. Apparently it is only useful if you have a previously established account.

works great and no lines. keeps track of how much time you have left, and can add time without going to a kiosk.

The new app DOES NOT WORK on my Android phone. Where are the "zones" posted? When i try to enter a spot number it says "location not available." SYSTEM FAIL PLEASE FIX.

if it would let me pay for parking spot early rather than waiting until exactly 8:00 i would have given it 5 stars. not even ten seconds early. stupid!

Easy to use, quick registration process and even shows a countdown timer.. Great app!

Awesome app! Convenient app. Easy to use. Save time. Tells you time left "on the meter". Can extend via app.

I wish this app told you what days you don't have to pay because it's a holiday. And the warning sound is startling. Other than that, it's great.
