Impossible to remove a card once added. also beware: adding a card will result in a fee just for the fact of adding (and then you're unable to remove it)
Very buggy and dangerous - no reliable Exit function after which it should as for the PIN again! Registration procedure is awkward but this can be ignored after all. Basic functions missing - transfer to bank account. I have to rely on browser version for most things. Browser version in mobile mode is more usable than this almost useless app. At least it is lightweight.
Fingerprint functionality is implemented wrong. I use fingerprint to log in in my bank apps, revolut and pretty much everywhere, only epay app cannot recognise it. And no, you do not use the system authentication as you lie, you use your custom function that recalls android security wrong. And the overall experience is like I use some old experimental app.
Good payment system, I've been using it since 2006. Huge coverage in Bulgaria (utilities, online merchants, cash desks) - essentially the go to e-wallet. The app can see some UX improvements and general polish, no wireless payment, thus 4 stars for the app.
So far havent been able to pay a bill using this app even though it shows me pending bill waiting to be paid. I added my revolut card for this. What could be the issue?? Upon getting it to function correctly my review shall change.
Really disappointed with the epay app. I mean I can't say one good thing about it, it barely does what it's supposed to and working with it is a pain. It's a monopoly hence no desire whatsoever to improve.
That app is absolute joke, problems persist for months without being addressed. I'm currently forced to use the browser because the finger print is still not working!
This is just bad. Cant confirm my card because it does not give me a code in the statement on one card. on the other card it took money out and it doesnt even show the money was taken out although an amount is missing. I am extremely annoyed and wasting my time with this thing.
LAUGHABLE!!! To change my password all a person would need is my personal ID number and my username. And then I'd be at their mercy. Amazing work. All aother apps I've ever used need only your email to change the password. This here is just unbelievable.
Works perfect in Bulgaria. Fast, reliable , connected to all services. All it needs is dark mode !
For me all works except the fingerprint log-in. It used to work fine, but after dome lf the updates it stopped. Samsung S9.
Keeps refusing to add my revolut card, because your team takes more than 2 weeks now. Took money from both my cards and never returned them. Keeps taking charges and taxes although it shouldn't Very slow app

The new version of the app is not working correctly - I pass the CVV section but when I got transferred to 3ds secure payment it gives me blanck page and nothing happens, and the payment doesn't pass.

Horribly made app for an expensive service. The core idea is good and beneficial, the execution and the fixed taxes are destroying it.

Even after installing the app I am not allowed to charge my prepaid mobile cards. Shame epay for removing this basic functionality from web and mobile app!
This is basically paypal made in bulgaria. Looks promising but so far disappointed at not being able to use it due to their bank card validation process that takes forever. Its been 3 weeks now and counting. Why does a human has to phisically approve card after 5 digit code reseived and entered is a mistery to me??
After update to MIUI12@Mi Note 10, fingerprint not working any more. App accessible only by entering PIN.
Ive downloaded the app just to say that this was the worst experience with a payment provider ive ever had.
Fingerprint option does not work on my Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite, neither did on my old Pocophone F1.

Fingerprint stopped working on Xiaomi Mi 9T, MIUI 12. It was working fine until about a month or two ago. App reinstall did not help. Otherwise the app is excellent. You'll get 5 * when you fix the fingerprint auth. UPDATE: The issue was fixed.
