ePayments – electronic wallet

ePayments doesn't let users withdraw their money back. The Master Card all are blocked and you can't order the new card. To say it easier, ePayments will not return your money in any cases. They ask for my documents for verification but never give access to me even I did everything, gave everything they want. They're just a scammer!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Since the beginning I've had nothing but issues with these guys! Forms for sign up, and connecting bank accounts aren't even labeled correctly causing failed attempts. Any time I have to deal with Support I have to explain my situation numerous times to numerous agents before anyone even understands/answers any of my questions! They make huge changes and don't notify their customers of fees they will suddenly come across! I can go on trust me!

I don't like being prompted to like stuff. Easy to maneuver. Had issues with updating info where they still were using old info in over 10 correspondences to me, but it's resolved now. Good interface. Would recommend. Thank you

First of, I want my money back. Secondly, they risk people losing an access to their wallets if they lose their phones. They used to be great, and I thought I was going to use them if they'd have come back after freezing all the accounts. But I think i am not going to use them because I can't risk my money to be frozen again if something happens to my phone(storing an extra simcard at home would be acceptable but a phone??)

worst support and service they did not response quickly, for verification I got an option to upload my tenant agreement and i uploaded that but they did not accepted that. If they can not accept then why they are giving the options to provide this document and that document. I have been sending the documents again n again but they did not accepted any one. worst app and support.

They froze 1 mil accounts without any notice. They said that they will update all customers about their progress, but it never happened. It's more than a week now and I still don't know what's their plan or when this issue is going to get resolved. Stay away from ePayments, or you can have your savings "frozen"(hopefully not completly lost) like me.

Garbage company with terrible service, terrible app, and not to mention the obvious fraud charges they've been dealing with. On top of that even now that they've re-opened for business, I can't withdraw the measly $50 I left in there. 6 attempts so far and every reply from customer service is "try again we had a technical problem". Avoid like the plague they are. Update: 7th try (not kidding about the number of attempts) did actually work and I finally withdrew my $50. However, when trying to choose the close my account option, it hilariously said "this service is not available", still a solid -5 if that was a possible rating.

This is an amazing app. Transfers are instantaneous, I only had a slight problem with the bank transfer because it costs 50dollars minimum to send and i wanted to see how long it takes to reach my bank. But in every other respect, it is the most reliable app i have ever installed

The verification process is very frustrating. I tried multiple times, and in the end I gave up. I have a document that I use for all my verifications, but this app requires a "special kind of treetment".

The app works fine for me. Never had trouble with anything so far. It did take a few months to issue a card but having one is not the only way to cash your money so that is no big deal. Their support has always been responsive and thorough. Would recommend this 👍.

im so dissappointed..this is not my first time to install this app..i tried to install again because i just thought that there is an error regarding my installatinon..but then again,the problem is still there..im waiting for the code in my e mail add. so that i can register..but it really takes time..its so slow in sending the code in my address..i hope you can make a move on this .

ePayments scam users money, if you deposit money to ePayments account, you will never get it back. They are getting ready to run away. There is only support chat to forward template answer to make you feel they're still there, but that's not real, you're not gonna get your money back forever! It's gone!

All accounts suspended without prior notice and funds locked, wires always crashed while using the app. Bad experience overall. Paid for a card I could use for less than a week.

TERRIBLE SUPPORT TEAM! Some of the worst support I've ever received! I've been given incorrect information from their support team numerous times when it comes to payments... Meaning I don't get paid when expected! That's totally unacceptable in my books! You deal with people's money and you can't even give correct info in order for your customers to be paid correctly and on time! I have NEVER been more unsatisfied so I HIGHLY suggest you stay far far away from e-payments!

Forcing users to install app just to have the ability to login is ridiculous. I know it's for security concerns, but you would better do like everyone else, give an option to just use phone call or SMS for verification.

Can't get my money back for a long time, as many others. Avoid this service at any cost

I have been using this app for three months already and I can say it has been a good experience. I do have banking experience. But this app tops it. Great customer support, very service minded.

Complete scum, beware of this company. They stolen 3000$ from my account, and from many other users too. Thousands of accounts are locked for almost 2 years and epayments is not returning money.

Edited: if I could put zero stars, I would. After completing the unlocking process three times they stopped responding. Therefore I consider the money that I have on this account stolen. And I still don't know what they are doing with my personal data either. Considering that this is an app with russian roots - make your own opinions.

awesome app, userfreidly, is possible to charge with a lot of cryptocurrency and recharge also the card. work in every part of the world ( the card) without problem and the fee are not too expensive.

These idiots should shut and close down their company because they obviously don't have an idea what they're doing. I opened a business account, submitted all company forms that they requested, and after many negotiations trying to get past their terrible login, I get an email from them that my account was closed without any resason telling me why it was closed when I haven't done anything wrong. Stay away from this horrible company! They're not worth wasting your valuable time.

I am on the verge of giving up sending my address verification. All pdf files are not supported and when I gave a photo of my utility bill, saying pic is not clear and must need colour. The utility bill came without colour and the pic is clear enough for me. Please tell me what to do to get going. Please

Took photos of required documents WITH THE APP, they then asked me to resubmit the same documents with the reason being "unsupported document format". This service is a joke, don't waste your time.

If you are renting and don't have utility bills under your name, don't bother signing up! I already gave all my information and my Tax Identity Number only to find out that they declined to verify my account. I have Payoneer account now.
