Too much ad. It's like 80% ad and 20% utility. For pretty much anything useful, you have to watch at least 30-40 second of ads. The app works mind you, it's the ads that are letting it down. May be it should make a paid version.
Very worst experience. Before the updates, the app was very nice and i gave 4 star rating. Now it has been changed to 1 star. It does not deserve 1 too but cannot give anything less than 1. For everything the developers respond that due the slowness in the government website it is slow in app too. But the reality is that i logged into the government portal whenever app showed error and the govt website was working absolutely fine. These developers concentrate more on ads than user experience.
its more than 15 days I have transferred my previous pf balance to current pf but still it's not transferred. while checking pf balance its shows 2 separate passbook. while contacting pf office they answered that it takes two weeks to transfer the pf and in one passbook it will reflect total amount from both the pf balance. Wherein I want to withdraw the pf but not sure whether I'll get both the pf balance or not. .
Worst App, For single outcome we have to watch 30seconds of Advertisement every time. Rating of one star is also a waste for this Application. For each click you have to view the advertisemen, they have mentioned as its mandate. This app is like demanding to watch the video not like requesting.Overall it's a time wasting Application we have many applications much more better than this....
Why you want the Email to convert the income tax calculation to PDF or to save the same? Once we save, the same cannot be deleted when not required. Looking for another IT calculator. For multiple calculations the application is not suitable.
I had the life's worst experience with this app. No doubt it will show you the accurate details but only after you have seen more than 100 adds for a single entry in your PF. If there's a superlative degree beyond worst, I would like to use it to show the reality of this app.
No option to change password if forgotten. On EPFO website, it just doesn't work as it took too long to respond. Completely helpless.
Nice and use full app.... but I don't like adsNo matter how soon we are, but we have to see it. We are compelled. Without this we can not know our PF balance and this makes me a big problem and point this app
They are only doing web scraping. Don't install this for privacy concern. Instead of you can directly login government's official website. Because that is safe and these people brings data from there only. Apart from that this app also contains too many ads, without ads they are not allowing any login.
Horrible app. Too many adds with little outcome. Request you to delete my profile. Stupid mails are received after installing the app and so many phone calls to provide loans were also received out of nowhere! Didn't expect such a pathetic experience.
Worst app Everytime I try to view the passbook, it throws an error saying 'something is gone wrong' after the ad stops. I tried it 5-6 times at a stretch.
Does not fetch anything. Just watch ads. Still the same issue. If the servers are down. Out up a waiting message. You are just taking time apportunity to make us watch ads.
Superb experience, very convenient to use, just only thing is annoying is the ad... All over the app is great.
1sr why google access, 2nd why ad. 3rd if watched ad and something went weong from you then why another ad. 4th if again you are showing ad then again something wrong then whta the hell you wanted to reflect. Basically get data sell it and earn. Well done.
Worst app.. very disappointed. After updation, the apps looks like useless. Lots of ad and ad, always we have to play ad, after that it shows results. Last version was very good..
Gave ID and password - Ad will be displayed - it says something went wrong try again- Again gave ID and password - Ad displays - error. I repeated 10 times and it displays all ad and says something went wrong. Useless app I have ever installed in my smartphone
I loveed this aap from last 3 year and i suggested many Friends to download this app but From last 3 weeks i tried to open EPFO passbook.. bt everytime it's showing server is busy and other things that's why i edited my feedback..... I tried yesterday same problem is happening .... My app is up to date all time
Worst experience facing from days. Unable to open my passbook. It was asking to go with advertisement to see passbook but even seeing those ads fully it was not showing passbook again going back nd telling to giv captcha again repeat again ads but was showing passbook. Worst experience
Few main features are missing such as gratuity calculation. It is big drawback. => This issue has been sorted out now. Thanks to the team. Now the app is excellent
The app's interface is easy to use but each time ads pop up of almost 30 sec. Often the site not work or take long time to process.😩
Hello, I changed my password and it changed successfuly. I login in this app but login time it says invalid username or password. But login online it logged in and work proper. I've able to get passbook. Worst app.
I have been using this app since almost 2 years now. It very easily allows you to check your PF balnce and in a very good UI Manner. I would though like if there is so ad whole set extract our data.
Captcha not loading, please fix the issue as soon as possible. Same issue with updated version.
App is ok. But there is only one concern. The contributions should be sorted by date(month, year) while viewing the statement, which is the only glitch present as of now. Please get it fixed at the earliest.
While we are checking the balance we are getting adds and it takes around 30 second I don't like it when we are using your application atleast you need to ask permission or close add options.
After the update, the app keeps saying you must login via google. On clicking 'login with google' app says you are already logged in and nothing changes. User is still stranded on login page. Not sure if this was properly tested before release.
I have applied for loan however my application showing in OFFER ACCEPTED stage since more than a week. And there is no option to connect with customer care team to rectify the issue or to get clarity on the same. Quite disappointed :-(
It's very easy and amazing and now as it is updated it's more good just one suggession update comes very late try to make quick update and add some new features like can read news etc New rate: As it is updated now and what a facility you have been provided thumps up👍really nice even i was suggessted to some of my friends & colleagues specially what i like about this new version extra details available in like forms detail what is form no.13 10 etc & easily i can see pf amt without file downld
Misleading! The title on play store mentions claim which leads you to believe you can perhaps claim through the app. Turns out you can only check the status of your claim. So put that in the title instead of just PF claim. And way too many ads. On top of the bottom bar reserved for ads. You get full screen ads when switching between functions in-app.
