Well,I had done the process, of subscribing the month plan of ₹59,twice,first attempt was few months back & second attempt was just today,it even showed, both of times that I had an active plan then,no verification message was sent to me, nor the subscribtion plan lasted long,I even have the screenshot of today's date where it shows that I have an active plan,now I don't know what to do,should the payment that I had did,would be reprocessed for subscription,or I would get a refund,solve it ASAP
I subscribe it but whenever i try to open live tv it shows pls subscribe. This happen online version and in app version at both platform. Kindly upgrade your app
Pathetic is all I can say ! Even after taking the subscription and getting my account debited it says inactive and needs subscription everytime ! This feels some kind of scam running . The customer service section is equally useless as there is no response from their end...will never recommend this app/channel to anyone...
why all episodes not showing in app there is more episodes in you tube than this app also there is no continuation in episodes I'm not able give suggestions or query in app so I came here to register my words

Worst app. I uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times. Still it says something went wrong. Not able to login nor load content. I have lost 2 days of my subscription
I had subscribed for one month pack in January this year. I am still being charged every month for no reason. I like epic channel. The content is really good. But this is not expected. This month, I got to know somehow that I have to cancel from it the Google subscription. The Google subscription shows that the subscription is valid till 26th May. But the app does not show any active subscription. I have also sent email regarding this problem. But no one replied.
I like the programs and ok to pay for the cost. But seems outdated technology cause each time to browse and stream it takes endless time to the level one gets frustrated. Secondly, its high time you get chromecast option. But importantly please fix the browsing time issue else I would prefer to exit. Its lot waste of time but you have done enough to get good content, hope u make it easier to stream as well
The contents are really interesting and beautifully crafted. But the problem is the app. It doesn't work properly and neither user friendly, too much disturbance while using. There is a big issue and that is the automatic rotation of video, either its in portrait or auto rotate mode. Fix these bugs. And neither shows the actual downloaded videos what it should be.
Best app. Best channel. Best watching experience. But some shows of Epic channel are not available on the app like "Lootere- Bandits of British India". I just request the channel to please make these shows available on app too. Thankq very much 😊
My greivance remains as earlier with a shock I got with your redressal as it is not happening even after trying repeatedly by regular way and in some other ingenuity method also .please give some productive practical way of removing watched content
I was impressed by the content. Paid for one month subscription. 1. But I am able to watch only 1 min info of most of the shows even after taking subscription. 2. The contents do not load on wifi. I have to switch to mobile network and once start playing, I can switch to wifi then. 3. Casting stops as soon as I refresh it. Then I have to disconnect from wifi, load the content and then switch to wifi 4. No option of auto play or continuous play. 5. Can't add another videos to running queues and to have break free casting.
This is really very good application. I like its adjustable vedio resolution and subtitle features. I like its shows that give us knowledge in the form of entertainment . And its technical team is also very supportive. I had some issues in the beginning when I downloaded this application. But when I contacted them, their technical team shorted my problem within 48 hrs. (My only reason for giving 4 🌟 is that I don't want to see them stop improvement in themselves.😋😁☺️)
I need to cancel my membership and subscription but there is no option available in your website. I was enrolled fraudulently and in a disguised manner, I need to you people to cancel my membership and subscription as soon as possible.
Unable to reset password. I never receive the password reset the email! What a pain. Such a glitchy app. Very dissappointed.
Very very slow app. Doesn't open the options selected promptly and then says "there was a problem"
I'm a huge fan of the channel but the app really disappoints. It didn't let me sign in, inspite of a successful sign up. I tried the 'forgot password' and 'resend verification' as well, but all in vain. The app should let the users view the videos for free and without such hassles, since the makers of the app have not made it user friendly.
it used to work properly but after last update it's not allowing to sign in via Google. I had paid for an year's subscription but when I login using my gmail id and password, it shows i don't have any subscription. sent emails to support team but no response. no one's looking into the issues. even when you try to play videos it shows ArrayIndexOutOfBounds exception. look into the issue and provide a resolution for me
I have paid for the premium content. The payment was successfully done and debited from my card but my account dost not show any premium shows also the profile do not reflect any subscription. I feel cheated. Already escalated this from contact point described on the web page. But of no help. Already lost 3 days (and counting) from my 1 month subscription. Epic team for you to save your reputation....
App experience is good, but in my opinion there should some improvemnets in this app 1. Should add option to forward 10 seconds 2. In amazon fire stick the app doesnt support change of video quality 3. Please add subtitles with all the content especially english. 4. Video doesn't start from where i left, it always start from the start. 5. Video processing is very slow.. Please do resolve.
Though I've subscribed but I can not play any of the videos, neither premium nor free. When I'm clicking the download button it says that "THE CONTENT IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED" but the video is not showing up in the downloaded list. Also the app is randomly closing automatically. I've downloaded this app just because I'm a regular viewer of EPIC channel and I love most of the shows there, but this app is really disappointing.
App is very good. There are tv shows, movies, podcasts, ebooks and the price is very economical also mostly unique content. I didnt face any app issues as mentioned in comments. Maybe it has been fixed. Overall very satisfied with the content and since it is unique it is a little different than other OTT apps. Thanks and keep adding more content from ancient India.
As advised by you, uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Same condition. New Version is not convenient. Can't delete seen downloaded video. Can download limited videos despite having memory. Reverse and forward button not available in downloaded videos and many more issues. App hangs in the beginning itself. Can't access many series which I used on Desktop
Absolute piece of garbage. Nothing works properly. Even downloaded videos and episodes don't play. Keeps lagging and crashing. Waste of money paying for the subscription. The Amazon Firestick app and website are even worse if you can believe that. Don't waste your money.
Frustrating. I love the shows on this channel and decided to get a full subscription but the app to sign up is so poorly designed. I tried both mobile and email multiple times to finally get verification link. Mobile never worked. There is a DoB field that gives you a current calendar and does not allow editing. So you need to click back to the year and month you were born in. Poorly tested. Fix issue instead of asking each reviewer to email you. Why make it so hard to subscribe?
I have been trying to subscribe to this application for the yearly package using a voucher generated from Vantage Circle and time and again there is an error message being displayed that says that the authorisation time has expired. The content here is top notch, but the streaming service seems extremely cumbersome going by the fact that a merely subscription attempt by a potential subscribe is going awry. Please let me know if there is any manner is which this absurdity can be addressed.
The Content is no doubt great! but the app needs to improve its user interface at many levels. I just recently a year long subscription and yet the app asks me to subscribe everytime before even the premium content plays. I would really love to read some of the books but yet again i cannot access the booka as it asks me to subscribe all over again.Because my year long subscription is definitely active and yet this problem persists. There is no helpline number either. Please do help me out here.
The content is nice . But I have a problem with podcasts. the premium podcasts play in android phone, but not on Android TV app . It shows subscribe for premium, whereas the premium shows are played on the TV also. It would be appreciable if the problem is solved as soon as possible. Edit: The problem is solved in less than 7 hrs .Thank you
