I can't get this app to let me sign up. I go through all the screens, answer the questions, click Sign Up, and I get an error message telling me there's a problem, but it doesn't say what that problem is. I'd like to use your app because there's only one theater in my whole county, and it's an Epic Theatre. But yeah, I can drive over an hour to Orlando to the closest Regal.
This is the worst membership I've ever been a part of. I love the theatres, but the quality of this membership (app and website) is disgusting. The only time I was able to use the app I didn't even get to choose seats. It just auto filled us in the middle. The auto selection to middle was nice but without coming in we couldn't coordinate with others where we sat. When I go to cancel the membership or use the app, it CONSTANTLY closes and or says "not working try again later." POS.
Was so buggy it was unusable on my note9. I tried it on my old Nexus 7 and while one feature worked better it was still too buggy. Even if it all worked perfectly it does look like a quality, feature rich app. The website is actually better.
I love using it for Tuesdays 1/2 day. I will buy the tickets online at work and surprise my love with the it.... Even tho he caught on. Gives great with navigation, clean performance, tells you your reward points earned. Although does not show our rewards page in the best way. Recommend some changes there, other than that amazing!
Every time I try to sign up, there's a problem. It doesn't like my phone Auto filling in the information. And I cannot complete the sing up and it want tell me what's wrong with the sign up to complete it. It does tell me when my password doesn't match.
Mobile app does not let me login or change my password. It does recognize the account id but does not accept my password login combination. I can at the same time use the web login with the same combination. I would suggest pulling the app from the Google play store until you can resolve your login issues. You are only hurting the company representation with the current mobile application.
Please make the app allow me to send my tickets to GPay or Apple Wallet. The website allows this option yet I can't do it on the app. The website also sends an additional link to the email.
Just downloaded app and it won't allow me to select theaters, which is required by the app. Even Epic theater techie couldn't get it to work. Uninstalled the app and tried 2 more times. Just didn't work. Very disappointed.
I would like to be able to use the app to show my seats when I check in. As it is, I have to show an email confirmation. That confirmation is SHOULD be in the app.
Theater is great size and they have XL screen. Reclining seats. A few kiosk available to print out your tickets.
App would not allow me to put in my password I finally hit forgot password so that it would send me a reset it said it did but I never got a reset to my email address in seven tries.
For whatever reason epic refuses to post the current status of their theater chain. No one seems to know when or if they plan to reopen the indoor. I would appreciate it especially in their very own application if they could give us an update
A good app. But lots of bugs need to be fixed user information fields especially super crashy and along with being made Android 10 ready.
App works great, but movie scanners won't read the bar code off of a mobile phone. Usually have to enter a long number to retrieve tickets.
This app makes it quick and easy to buy tickets. The only downside is it freezes up sometimes and I have to start over but overall a good app.
I would given the theatre five stars had tht girl behind the counter told me ahead of time that even though I purchased four tivkets for two different movies on two different days it would have been nice had she told me i can only get 12 points on any giving day. I could have just as easy purchased the tickets for the the day later on the way in. now l'm out 12 more points for the second time in less than a month. Ron Ferro
This app doesnt work. Evrytime i try to use it it says no internet connection. And i am connected to internet. No other app gives me this issue but thos one. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP
This is the only movie theater in my home town & there is no listing for anything. I tried calling the theater & it saod to download the app to buy tickets, but when I look it up it says there is nothing for that theater.
Always a good experience at the theater. Need to have more 3D movies at theater when good movies come out that at 3D worthy.
It used to work, now it just tells me check my internet connection constantly and won't load anything.
Love this app! Makes it so much easier to get my tickets before getting to the theaters!
Great theater, large comfy chairs, and not too many people. 😀 I recommend 👌
definitely a time saver when in a hurry and dont have the time to be waiting in line especially when time is spent looking for parking.
I love being able to plan our evenings ahead of time and not worry about standing in any lines. User friendly!
Deleting won't let me sign in even tho i'm using the correct password says is the wrong password if i can sign in on the website why i can't on the app????
Mobile app works okay, but unable to access wallet in order to add credit card(s).
Would love the option to make concession purchases and pick up at the counter for quicker service!
It is fast and easy to get to the movie 🎬 After getting snacks 😋
I love the convenience of being able to pick seats without having to go to the theater and not getting good ones.
the app is constantly not working, saying not connected to the internet. I know I am. Then when it does work, it stops. When I go to look at a particular movie, it won't load and won't let me buy tickets. I have removed the app to reinstall. Hopefully this works but I am sceptical. This is my favorite theater so my review reflects the app, not the theater.
