Absolutely garbage. Barely functioning on my samsung. Thank God I can clock in with it because somehow the actual time clock system is worse and hasn't worked for me once. What a joke. Lots of experiences of a lifetime though (mostly bad ones)
After logging in, a pop-up shifts the screen down. This is incredibly frustrating as it leads to clicking on the wrong selection. This is maddening when trying to navigate the app.
Every time you leave the app (even when it asks you for an attachment file) it resets the app and goes back to the main menu making it near impossible to fill out most forms. Also pay statements on the app only tell you how much but give no details you want from a pay statement.
GARBAGE. Does not let you stay logged in, makes you go through too many verification steps and does not give you the PINs or verification codes to complete them. It's a huge obstacle to employees ability to take care of work related business on their phones. If I could rate it ZERO STARS I would.
I'm with everyone else here. The app is supposed to be the "paperless" gateway to one's "Vail Resorts Experience of a Lifetime" and it is nothing but a error ridden pos. Thumbs way down!
great app except I have to uninstall & reinstall every morning and afternoon if I want to use the app. man I thought y'all had it fixed for a week and not it's giving me issues again.
The fact that you're forced to use an app that doesn't work to keep track of your hours is really alarming. I've been using this app for a month and a half now and I still can't punch out, see my time sheets, or my pay stubs. I honestly fail to see how this is a better way of doing things, the masks are a joke, social distancing is a joke, and this app is nothing more than a good way to get shorted hours.
Never had an issue with this app, i go on vacation for a week return to work only to find the app wont load! Ive deleted and redownloaded 3 times now. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
It seems Information Technology is an oxymoron! We are not all techies. If a form is required. It should be easily obtained not buried in the EpicEmployee info requiring a password, COVID19 health screening.
I have the same situation. Need to uninstall/reinstall every time I want to use. Android v10 on Samsung 10e. Works well enough otherwise.
Unfriendly app I can't even clock in or out, such a stupid app. Please have someone from Redmond or Seattle to fix this. I've uninstalled it three times and it still sucks.
This is a god awful app. I have to delete and reinstall the app everytime I want to do anything in the app. It is slow and outdated if you can somehow avoid downloading this do itq
This app sucks. Always having problems. Logs you out no matter what so you always have to log back in eevveerryy ssiinnggllee ttiimmee. If your Hong to give us a coffee of saying logged in or logging out...let our choice be final or don't give us a choice.
5 seasons vail. Now i cannot access. Uninstalling last yeard and reinstalling does not seem to help. Any other sugestions?
Spaghetti code with zero improvements and same bugs introduced since launch of this app. They pay less for their infrastructure than acquiring more mountains before the system even works consistently 🤣🤣 as much of a joke as their company
Convoluted, redundant and slow. Definitely not user friendly.
Vail is the worst place I have ever worked. They put everything through the computer and their systems are always clunky and terrible. Dear Vail: you are not the pentagon. Lighten up.
Too many logins required, sends me to the website to check pay and can't log into the website. Pretty much useless

How can you force employees to use an app that has so many bugs? I don't know if I've ever come across a more poorly functioning app.

Terrible app. Crashes regularly, completely unable to get ahold of anyone in person to actually talk about problems with payroll or anything else. Constantly redirecting. Trying to get a problem fixed leads to a faqs page and then an email and who knows if they will ever get read. Unbelievable that anyone thought this would be better than actually having an hr team to field q&a.
