It is a very good Card Collecting app, reLly enjoy the rush gamemode and the graphics look outstanding, however, there is one issue, randomly, quests get completed but will not let you claim the rewards, it is a common issue as I know many instances of other people having the same problem, if they could fix so we could claim the quest rewards, this would be perfect! Fixed: Thank you for answering this, I didn't know that you have to mint every single pack manually. Keep up the good work.

The game in its current state is incomplete. I've had three major issues, one of which involved a payment issue, and the other two remain unresolved. About 90% of my cards don't load for me, making the visual aspect of the game impossible. Additionally, one of the key mechanics in this game, leveling up cards, is straight up broken. The game in its current state can not be played. The support is nice, they respond quickly, but the game itself is very clearly unfinished.

This is possibly one of the most broken apps I've ever used. Considering this is integrated with cards that I paid 70 bucks for, this is a complete joke. Half the time the app doesn't open, if you do get it open it only takes a few minutes to realize nothing is loading correctly which means you have to relaunch the app. Scanning physical cards hardly works either. 2/10 app. Needs some serious work.

Game itself is very awesome. However, the app is bad. Clunky, works slow, doesn't always update correctly. Many features dont work correctly. Also, many times your purchases fail to work. Of course they charge you, but updated balances dont work.

The app is great. Since the new redesign the have been some issues with it, though. For example: It crashes twice after the app is opened and closed and opened again for the next spin. The notifications for a spin are staying even after you have spun. These issues were not present before the redesign. Still, the interface is good and the app is great.

I used to love this game but it then got huge updates and now I can't even open it, it keeps crashing right after the loading screen, in the my listed it also says everything is listed for 0 coins and when you try to change it, the number you type in instantly glitches back into a 0. I also think you should be able to select multiple things to remove of the market or/and change the prices for multiple things instead of having to press reload for every one.

Looks like an unfinished game. The app is slow and crashes once in a while.. I can't even sell anything in the marketplace. I gave it about a week for the developers to release an update to remove all the bugs. But still no updates.. That's really bad. You would think huge issues like this would take only a few days to be fixed. Interface is clunky. Only plus side is probably no ads

Reaction of buttons kinda lags sometimes doesn't even react at all especially in rush. Even in collecting rewards, one time I got a pack from an achievement but when I checked my packs it says 0 until I restart the game. Also cant even play my deck now since everytime I choose a mode to play like rush, it gets stuck in loading and never ends at all. I've only had this for 2 days. I would have loved this especially the simulations but it still has a lot of bugs. Hope you guys can fix it

Nice game, good graphics but has a loooooot of bugs. First of all it's kind of slow, I have to click something a few times before it actually works and second a lot of the graphics don't load (ex. When opening packs I don't see the card graphics or when I play rush the map doesn't appear so I see basically nothing). This game would be soooooo good if the bugs were to be fixed

The concept and layout of this application honestly is nice, but the amount of bugs and things that are wrong with the application are truly frustrating. I've continuously had problems with the application crashing and not opening after downloading and redownloading on multiple devices, and this has been through 3 years. Pretty annoying.

There are many many bugs. Some main ones are -when the card doesn't load when we clicked at the team icon -> player -another bug is that sometimes you aren't able to sell things on market even if you hit the sell button a billion times. To fix it involves quitting and going back into the app, which is very inconvenient.

As I downloaded the app, I was amazed by the smooth animation. The intro is good. But, when I spin the wheel, the reward is not showing. It is just blank. So, I needed to exit the app and launch it again. Please fix it. There is also a notification blue dot but when I clicked it, it is also blank.

The app has a lot of potential. However it is very buggy at the moment. It crashes alot, it's very slow and everything is all over the place It's difficult to search for players. The minimum to sell players should not be 10. Also nobody seems to buy players.

Really enjoy the game, but it rarely works as it should. Constantly force closes. I couldn't even get the app to open, ended up reinstalling and now I can get in, but once you reach the home screen is just goes black right away. There needs to be fixes for all these issues people are having.

I bought a few packs from a target and I tried to scan them with the app but it won't scan it did once but then immediately said it was unrecognizable.

2018 season packs ..... just remove the year or update it. it's really depressing .... It took me a while to enter username because it kept being deleted ..... there isn't really anything to do .... it looks visually impressive with opening packs and the cards are well done but the whole app seems pointless and the interface is WAY to complicated.... it had so much potential but considering this is obviously a year old now I'm not patient enough for this to get any better

Severly in need of optimisation, you get logged out every time the app closes. The game crashed the first time I signed up so it made an account but now I can't access it, and half the buttons in the app don't work... love the idea of the game but completely useless if you can't log in and you can't press anything in it...

Was an awesome app until these bugs came about, still after a month cannot do anything, app force closes as soon as you click to open the app. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times and still to no avail. I want to play damnit!!!! Devs you need to get on this issue and figure out whats wrong, you are losing your audience.

I've just installed the game and I can't load it up, it's just a purple screen. Loading times are way too long and it's buggy. Please fix it because I really want to play it and I love the idea behind it. (edit) Tried to enter the app several times and still I have just a blank purple screen.

Fun if you follow CSGO eSports. Very modern app and I like how you can use the website version seamlessly back and forth. I have run into some lag and asset loading issues where I had to restart my phone, reset the wifi and data, and clear the cache before it would work. I have a Huawei P30 so my phone is not an issue. One more thing I like is that getting coins for free is decent and you can play without spending a ton of money.

There's no point to this app at all. You just open packs to get random cards of CSGO pros that serve no purpose at all. On top of that, the app itself is very slow and buggy. It only works half the time, and the animations it tries to show hardly work

First of all, i like this concept, and am collecting as i write this. But in the app there are problems. 1: the shop doesn't update. It still says "need" on cards i already have. 2: the packs are invisible for me except 1 or 2 sometimes. Really not helpfull when there are limited packs going around and i'm not even able to buy them. Please fix this and you got the perfect game for me.

The game is good. The concept is great as well. I just had a suggestion that packs that are rare shouldn't go out of stock before their deadline because it isn't possible for people from all corners of the world to be able to get the packs as soon as they're out. Also, the games kinda repetitive after a while. So, something that would keep it interesting would be amazing!

A great concept to have a digital memorabilia collection! Issues with market place wherein cards that were removed from listing are still shown as being listed. Hope it is sorted soon. Would also be helpful if a guide to mint quality was available in-game!

Looks like many users are experiencing the app force closing and no response from the app development team. Not a great experience with this concept of digital cards so far. UPDATE: Thanks for the response. Clearing the cache and app info resolve the issue.

This is a great app and all. But the thing keeping me from rating it higher is the performance. Nearly everything i do is delayed for at least 1 second which is very annoying. Improve the optimization and I'll rate it higher.

The game has a good premise, but it is SO LAGGY ALL THE TIME, when opening a pack it lags, when selecting a roster it lags, when banning maps it lags, and ESPECIALLY when in the "game" where you can see if your team will win. Sometimes I have to wait MINUTES for it to work properly. Disappointed, seemed so good.
