I like this app it is what I need, I LOVE how there is a list of symptoms it makes it a little easier for me. I the thing I hate is I cannot edit the information I have to delete and start again VERY ANNOYING!

Would be worth a higher rating, if you were able to export the data, especially to an e-mail address. So it can be reviewed by your doctor in the unlikely event of an app or phone failure.

Confused? Forms not filled correctly. What forms?
Wouldn't even open for me. The second I select the app a second or 2 later it'll shut off.
