The ePlatform app brings all the features and functionality of the web-based system to a dedicated, customizable app, personalized to each school or library. The user-friendly interface remains the same, with full search and filtering options to make finding titles simple. The app syncs with the web-based platform to allow users full offline reading.Librarians or administrators have full control over user borrowing, with the ability to set and change settings for lending periods, number of titles able to be borrowed and more.

usually works perfectly and is a great resource for audio and ebooks. however, if I wish to renew an audiobook, once I have renewed it, or if I return it and then borrow it again, it simply won't load - it remains buffering forever in the place where I last listened, and the app will not allow me to change where in the novel I am and the only way I have found to solve it is to reinstall the app which is extremely frustrating. this has happened around four times - please fix it!!
I really like how the books are downloaded onto your device when you borrow them but the fact that they only have a few copies of each book is a bit annoying. However I really like this app because I can find books more easily then a real library (though an online one can never replace a real one) and when we're in lockdown, I can still keep reading!
I have used this app for quite a while on my tablet and really enjoyed it. Lately, when I go to read it automatically puts the text size at the smallest and the brightness to maximum and any attempts to change this on my part result in the book being downloaded again and going back to small text and max brightness. The only way to have the settings go to what I want is to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then it only last for the period I'm reading. Next time I go in, I have the same issue.
I have happily used this app for some time to borrow and read books from my local library. I do not know if it was the latest update, or whether it relates to the particular book I was reading, but I now have continual freezing issues. Play store warns that the app may not be optimised for my device (Samsung galaxy tab s2), but there have not been any earlier issues. Update: Yes, Android 7.0. I am not clear why Play Store gives that warning. I am not having freezing issues with my current book.
Used to love this app but recently it flat out stopped working on my phone telling me there was an 'Internal Server Error' for months on end. No matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled it, to no end. The most frustrating thing is though that the app does work on my other devices though, and even after contacting Wheelers, nothing came off it. Other than that, lovely app great selection of books and even has a request function to request books that aren't currently in the library.
I have used this app successfuly for some time and did really like it. However, recently it has become somewhat annoying. It often hangs and I have to close the app and restart it. Page turns, especially at Chapter ends are painfully slow. I thought it may be my device but I have no such problems with Google books or other apps. It has made me look for an alternative.
This is a really glitchy app. I've had to reinstall multiple times trying to get it to work properly. Endless buffering, slow downloads and overloading my phone. Onto of which the search function is very limited. I know its a bit stink to be complaining about an app that allows me access to books for free. But this app just isn't good. Feels and works like a neglected relic.
I'm enjoying the selection of books available, but like others Ihave experienced issues with audio stopping during playback when my device is idle. Allowing the app to have unlimited data use on my device when data saver is active seems to have fixed that issue for me. But I also have issues with offline availability. The app stalls and fails to load an audio book if it is downloaded for offline use.
The apps work well. Using the filters to search for non-fiction titles returns all sorts of oddities and needs to be improved. From an admin point of view in a secondary school, the age restriction tool works very well. Checking through the suitability of 1800 new titles would otherwise be a daunting task.
Generally it's a pretty good app but I have a few issues with Audiobooks. - You can't speed up playback - The actual book chapters don't correlate with the chapters listed within the audiobook - It took over 15 minutes to download a 292mb audiobook on WiFi. My WiFi connection was fine. - Sometimes I get strange glitches between chapters where it cuts off the last few words then launches straight into the next chapter

Please fix the bug with highlighting - selecting a paragraph with a footnote in a sentence leads to the inability to highlight the whole paragraph. One must select the sentence and highlight the sentence individually. Paragraph numbers also cause the same issue. As a law student this makes using the app extremely tedious.
It was great until one day it stopped showing the books and the content even though it said I had them. I redownload it to see if it would work then and even restarted my tablet. After I downloaded it, it wouldn't come up with any results for libraries, no matter what I put.
My app keeps crashing and having a server error. I also have issues with the audio books stopping, then playing a few chapters behind. Please fix these issues as this platform is fantastic for my school age child to get into reading more
What happened? It's all I'm asking. Thursday (23/10/19) I was reading my book & it was working perfectly, then that night when I went to read again it stopped? It kept saying app not working, I deleted the app on Friday & re-downloaded it, I turned my data off once it downloaded then this notification I've never seen before came up? Some hours go by of it working, then nothing it just stopped again? Even with internet it's not working? And it's when I'm trying to read?! Why?
App freezes regularly, which means books need to be reloaded. The light function is unnecessary, you can use the devices light settings. I used Overdrive without any problems, but this app is a pain to use.
Player refuses to work. I just get an endless loading wheel, and the only way to fix it is to reset the app, and so delete all my downloads. After having done that, and wrestled with the downloader, (I set it going then it would just cancel itself) and then the endless loading wheel came back.
Paused and went back in and it makes a sound like a phone getting notifications constantly. Rebooted phone, unloaned book. Still doing it. It's only on playing audio book. I'm now going to try uninstalling app.
Having problems updating font size and font type. It keeps reverting back to what it was. Also I can only pick my browsing menu when my tablet is on landscape. Little things but annoying 🙄
Great for readings books. Just a suggestion, most of the books have the same script as it other page has but in bigger font. I don't like it because it takes a lot of time to read so please fix it
Well, from what I read now, it's the most amazing app for students to borrow and read! Also, love how this app works with fonts and size and even definition! It's so cool, I don't hv to go to Google and find the meaning because it's all in this app.
I really love this reading books page
It frustrates me no end that Bluetooth headphone don't pause/play audio books. Have to open phone and use on screen controls in app instead. Seems like a small thing, but on my commute my phone is in my bag, and having to dig out to pause rather then just tapping my earphone like every other app stops me using this one. If this changed my rating would go way up. I'm on a pixel 5, using Jabra Elite 75t earphones.
