I reinstalled it and now all i get is a white screen. So basically this is now a flashlight app. When it was working there two huge banners at the top which no matter how hard I tried to dismiss always came back. Choosing a category now takes twice as long as originally as the menu disappears between selection. Don't bother contacting the email in the contact section either as it is not monitored you only get support via the app which no longer works!
The app is too slow, both to have access on it and while using it. We have requested a support since order receipts are not printed in a readable manner but the remote connection is not available. It says it is an Internet problem while it is nothing external blocking the remote support. We are waistig too much time and effort to let it work properly. Not satisfied.
They add features you don't need and that hamper work flow but make the UI prettier and ignore bugs and glitches that severely affect mobile use. The menu won't stay open when you select a categorie but not an actual link so you end up having to hit the menu button several times to navigate anywhere. They made it automatically hide the navigation buttons (the only app on my phone that does this so it's not a setting). Overall it's a terrible experience. Do not recommend. Customers service is 👍

App not working, I've now tried on two separate devices. When I open the app I get a blue loading bar at the top, once loaded I just get a blank white screen.
The worst customer service and I'm canceling my subscription. 3 months and haven't heard anything from the Implementation Manager and charge you for customer service oh no my advice stay away.
Utterly grim. Running (or not as this case is) on a Samsung tab as supplied by epos now. We have multiple tills running epos now and they are usually OK. This app, sadly is a complete waste of time.
Very clunky and not user friendly at all. It's such an effort just to find out Total Sales for the day. Square and Izettle interface are miles in front of Epos Now. Need to update their systems ASAP

Was a struggle to begin with once they had our first payment, took me to eventually end up having to inevitably (due to many fruitless phone calls) become vocally fuc k e d off that caused a satisfactory reaction!! Too little too late!! Fast forward 12 months I have now cancelled my epos account via their own guidelines etc etc etc.......its now halfway through the 14 month and 4 phone calls/promises later that alas my business still has NOT been given our outstanding takings from said company!
Doesn't even let you register to start using the app, just keeps going back to the same registration screen despite all details being entered correctly.
Won't start - getting blank white screen and that's all. Tried on three different devices.

Disgusting company, we pay £30 per month and have our own Epos till, last update makes the till have huge delays meaning every customer is stood waiting. We rang them and they told us that there is nothing they can do and we need to buy a new till that costs £500. At this time when business is bad because of stupid lockdown rules it is too much for our small business to be paying out. Disgusting thieving company

The worst.
App is clunky and not very optimized for Android. Having to sign in every single time is ridiculous. Also, this App messes with my screen display settings. It basically decreases my screen brightness to the point where I cannot see it properly. Happens when the brightness is on Auto. So I usually try to remember to turn it to manual before opening this App. Please fix this and no need to sign in each time.
