Can't even log in.........then costumer service never returned my call. Better off just creating a shortcut to the website on your home page.
App is improving to do prescriptions on the fly.
Installed. Cannot log in. Asked me for security code. What is the source of the code?
Sometimes completes refills in mobile. wont close out DUR warnings. wont give me OTP for EPCS. Very erratic.
Finally a mobile app for Android users. Works great much easier to use then logging into it via a mobile web browser. Must use a hardware token if you want to EPCS, I hope with the sunset soon June 30, of support with zentry/verizon we will have another hardware option for the mobile app. If not EPCS will not be possible. But you can still use a mobile based web browser and log into eprescribe via the browser and send an EPCS with 2fa, just a bit harder with a small a screen.
Trying it. ?any better than the web version?
completely non-functioning. typical of allscripts terrible offerings. i only stick with them bc all my patients are already in the system.
Before, I couldn't log in. I was contacted by the developer to try the application again, as they have fixed the problem. Now it asks for a 6 digit key, after you log in. Where do you get this code? No explanation. Still useless, sorry
Can't even log in. Terrible. I'll use the web version.
Need a paid subscription!......be smart, just logon to the website from your phone.
Requires deluxe level subscription to work. Any other lower level won't let you log in.
Not worth it. Have to pay for the deluxe version to use the android app. I'll stay with the free web version.
It is asking for passcode and don't know what is it all about.it never prompts to set up a password number during initial set up. If you don't enter the pass code it just doesn't open. Simply sucks.
