"Device not found" error, in vivo y12 Everytime I need to reboot the the phone, then it works. I have changed the 5-6 OTG wires of different brands.. but the problem is same. Sometimes phone takes longer time to reboot, then my attendance marked late. Please provide solution.
App Is Good Need To Improve somethings like 1. There is a bug which shows that device not found but its connected we have reatart the phone every time we have this error. 2. Make a option that will show which finger is registered on device of employee.
Much better than the earlier version which used adhar database to authenticate,its simple now without adhar link, But a request,kindly update its time,its 3 minutes behind the real time IST. When someone mark his attendence according to the IST it shows 3 minutes behind IST in the attendence and reports section.Please update it.
Now after updating keep saying fingerprint device initialization required... was working nice when this project started. Need to do something otherwise this project could be failed.......
Need to improve. Print options also needed in app for daily, monthly and yearly reports. Employee wise and consolidate

The new version is not working on some mobiles.. I hv jio network... I hv also installed vpn app... It was working before... But now it shows device Initialization failed..
My phone (Honor 9N) is not detecting the scanning device. Phone Shows, "No Device is connected" but the Device was actually atteched to my phone.

This app is good but timing is this app time of do attendance show 3,4 mints back the real network time. Fix the bugs please.
When i connect my phone mi 5 pro then device starts and the light blinks but when i go to mark attendance then the light disappears suddenly and app stops working

this aap is working properly now but at time of marking attendance there should be two parts for in and out coz if a service man buy mistek tuched the machine twice the out time attendance marked automatically even he/ she is trying to mark attendance for in

Why this app not work with Jio network? Other than Jio its working. But this app not working with Jio mobile data or Hot spot from Jio network

I have to restart mobile every time to connect with the device otherwise it gives 'no device found' error. This is a bug in this application. My mobile is honor 9i , I think this is compatibility issue of this app with different mobiles. So please resolve this bug. This app is working fine with MI mobiles.
