the app does not work for appointments and showing that my internet connection is weak, while no any other app has issues with the internet.
the app asks us to keep it open while we wait for a response. However, it does not have any feedback to let us know if the app is actually running/connected. It takes a long time with no changes. After I have gave up of waiting, they called me, so at least the service is good (that's why 3 stars).
Everyone should have access to a service like this. The app works well as far as I can tell although I do my appointments on the computer personally so that is an option if people want it. The employees I dealt with were phenomenal, highly recommend this service.
I have been waiting for 40 mints to get connected to doctor ,I even tried changing wifi to Mobile data,still no luck
My company provided us access to the service due to the pandemic and I absolutely love it. It's so fast and convenient. Everybody involved, from Care Managers to Doctors is a gem of a human. I highly recommend it as I have never had such a breeze of a time while dealing with medical system.
Service is great but for the app you can't reset the password from an android phone it says you have to have a supported browser so had to use a laptop luckily this wasn't a serious issue
Great Experience! I had a medical emergency and was able to connect to a Doctor within minutes. A real time saver as i was able to resolve my issue without leaving my office.
I can't sign in, I give all my inf but it's not working. Since I received the card several months ago, same problem tonight Jun 21, 21 No way to open it since yesterday, no email from this, now I'm uninstalling
Absolutely the best experience. My son had an ear infection and got a prescription right away. Would highly recommend this program!!
Was too good to be true. I was able to get in right away at 9:45pm with a NP. The visit went well and I was relieved that I would have an Rx waiting for me at the pharmacy I work at. She said she was sending an opth. abx oint. As a Pharm. Tech., I assumed one of the common ones. Instead it was an obscure d/c product with no equivalent. I was told 2x that a new Rx was sent in, but nothing came. I asked if it could be called in, but they chose to fax again. I understand why I didn't have to wait.
My company sponsored EQ Care but I am unable to sign up. It showed "error" a few times. Give up after a few tries.

Care managers are very informative. Love that most of the information is written out so I can keep a record of it myself. Sometimes I am able to get to a Doctor within an hour which is awesome.
Good to have medical advice available. I would want to base life decisions about personal health on it, however fast it is to obtain.

Got my account deleted, and now unable to re-register. I'll go to babylon. This is ridiculous.
When all places refused to see me this one came in handy! Got an actual doctor on video chat and got my prescription sent to the pharmacy near me!
Have to be an enrolled member with a group number that is sent to you by email or brochure and a personal coverage identifier. To be able to sign up for this app.
I tried a few times to register but it keeps telling me I need a group number and I can't seem to find it

Super quick and easy, was registered and saw a doctor in 10 minutes to get the info and prescriptions I needed to treat sudden muscle pain in my back that I've never had before. The app is so easy to use and the professionals were all very polite, comforting, and extremely helpful. A truly stress-free and pleasant experience for receiving quality care quickly and efficiently at and time and setting most comfortable for me (even in holidays!)
