I made an appointment with a doctor through the app and when it came down to the appointment, suddenly the app is no longer working and will not load on my phone. FRUSTRATING!! EDIT: within minutes of leaving my negative review I received a phone call informing me that there are technical issues with the application and the operator rescheduled my appointment for this afternoon. I am impressed with the efficiency and customer service!.... hopefully it actually works this afternoon.

Top Notch and Friendly This app honestly makes going to the doctor a pleasure. They save all of your health information, previous inputs like medications and they also have a record of every visit you've ever had that shows up as soon as you log in. They've been doing this for 30 years apparently and it really shows. It is so nice to talk to a human being face to face every time I need Care. One time they were even able to solve my problem and I didn't even need to see a doctor. So efficient.

I downloaded it but didn't complete sign up at that time and there is no way to sign up/in after the initial download. I have uninstalled and reinstalled etc. Nothing. This glitch needs to be fixed. There should be a drop down menu for sign up not just sign in

This app is like a bookmark. It just launches the browser and takes you to their website. There's no purpose for having this installed except for quick access to their site - a bookmark.

Something has changed since I last logged in and now even deleting and re downloading the app doesn't work! I need to talk to a doctor and the app won't work anymore. Help!

Easy to use app. Every thing works great for me except sometimes I have no sound and they have to phone me. Samsung s20 android 11.

I can't begin to explain what a difference this has made for me. As a sufferer of frequent UTI's, it becomes so tedious to book appointments or go to urgent care. After setting up my account (use the website to do so, not the app), I was given an appointment time. From the start of my appointment to getting my antibiotics was approximately half an hour. Super convenient for days I am at work and cannot spare the time to wait at the doctor's office or walk in clinic! A total life saver.

My wifes used it for prescription refills for a while and its great.. Up until today when it errors out when you click Start your visit. Trying to get support is brutal with at least 2 companies at 3 different 1-800 #'s, lots of being on hold.. Eventually, the person who tried the hardest gave up and handed me back to EQVirtual .. who says they have no tech support, are just a care provider and we should create a new email address so we can make another new EQVirtual account. Very Frustrating

I had a great experience with the app. The people who complain about it simply dont know how to follow basic rules. You must create an account on the website which was quick and painless. Then I logged in on the app, booked a consultation and showed up for my appointment the next day. The employees who communicated with me before seeing the doctor were friendly. The doctor herself was great and she sent a prescription by fax to my pharmacy and later that day I picked it up! Will def use again!

waste of time, just needed a prescription for eczema that is on my private area and they basically told me that this is a walk in clinic matter........ what's the point of this application if I have to go to a clinic? the doctor did not even face time for the appointment and just had an equinox coordinator relay the message........ I know the issue is eczema for sure and have been diagnosed with it before from my family doctor........ family doctor just never answers the phone

Unable to log in.. I've changed my password on the website a couple times now, but it doesn't work on the app

Super convenient and easy to use! I hate going to walk-in clinics, so this app has been a real life saver for me.

don't download, this app is no longer supported. they say there's a new one to download but I have been unable to find it.

Very cool but can I get a Sign up option before asking me to Sign in? I had to google how to Sign up for this because I don't see any Sign up button, just open the app and immediately Sign in screen

Dont bother. They say they give doctors notes but they wouldn't even help me with a note to work from home while office renos were going on because I have asthma. The doctor wouldnt even speak to me about it. Now I get to inhale drywall dust because there is no walk in clinic in my town. Garbage "care"

This was great and I rely on it but all of a sudden I can't log on from my phone like I have always done

Quick, easy. Didnt have to leave home to talk w a doctor. Saved me the 3 hr trip to Calgary just to renew prescriptions.

What's the difference between Equinoxe, EQ, and Medeo?

Love that I can quickly and easily refill my regular prescription with this app. Please note they will not prescribe stimulants, benzos etc and can't diagnose physical ailments as they need to see the affected area (you will need to see a dr in person for this)

Very happy with my virtual visit. I stayed in bed insted of waiting somewhere for hours and spreading my germs

Unable to use as you need your own doctor to invite you to use this service. What's the point? If I have to go see my doctor to see if they are apart of this then be able to use it. I might as well just go to my doctor or a close walk in clinic. I found this out AFTER signing myself up and hoping to use it. They can't even send your confirmation link more than once!

Love this service.. Waited way too long to use it. No lengthy waiting in our ER or a month to see a family Dr. Our medical system is a joke here but at least we have this option.

It's a little confusing when you first log in but the concept is perfect! No more sitting in a doctor's office waiting for hours for a simple prescription.
