Played without VR on OnePlus 5. Controls are good and game is smooth. First time launching the game went to black screen and could hear music. Restarted phone and it worked fine. Second time I launched the game and tried to continue where I left off. The game allows me to start from any point in the game including levels I haven't reached yet. Since I don't know the point I left off last time, I have no way to recover my progress without trying every level until I find it.

Nice game but tricky gameplay The narration is nice and creative. However the gameplay is tricky. The camera is shaky and hard to control. Would be awesome if I could deactivate controlling it with the orientation of the phone (and keep it to manual movement). I also like discovering the mechanics in the game but some are a bit tricky to uncover. Not the puzzles, but the controls itself. Still, nice game. Thanks!

It's a lovely game, but the controls really need some work. The control of the camera angle really needs to be separated from everything else. Trying to interact with objects often makes the view swing wildly and I often tap when trying to change viewing angle. I was managing until ch. 5, but when I try to redirect light the only thing I reliably achieve is motion sickness. After struggling through a few rounds of that I felt so frustrated (and nauseated) that I gave up and uninstalled.

This game was really fun. The story is deep and sad but has a strong message that doesn't get in the way from enjoying the game. While other people had issues with the non VR version with swiping the screen to move around or move the camera, I never had an issue at all. I actually found everything worked just fine. The graphics were impressive and the audio fit perfectly. The puzzles didn't cause me any annoyances and in fact were quite enjoyable. Looking forward to more. Overall great job👍

You need to add a control stick as the moving of the screen with swipes does not work well on the non VR version, trying to interact with the enviroment and finding its an object you cant interact with just makes the screen move wildly as the game thinks you are trying to look around. The screen also moves to fast when you swipe, a virtual stick may improve this. As its not VR you need to turn off the moving the screen with the phones gyroscope as it also makes tha camera move when you dont want to by even the slightest movement of the device, either remove it or make it an option. I cant honestly play it and enjoy it with it controlling and moving like this., which is a shame as the game looks and sounds stunning otherwise.

Just three stars for now, since it crashes immediately after the opening. I'll rate it properly when it's get fixed (hopefully the developer can spare the time, the game looks OLD, is there anyone left?) Looks great and artistic, I would LIKE TO PLAY IT. I'm using xperia Xz2.........UPDATE : thanks for the quick reply! Tried it, didn't work. It's OK though, I'll try again later after I get a brand new Xperia 5.

Wow. This is so original. I only played 5 minutes and fell in love. It reminds me of ICO on ps4 with a little VR. LOVE LOVE LOVE the characters. Great art style. However, there needs to be some sort of bookmarks on the chapters if you have to browse where you left off. VERY SATISFIED

The controls are terrible if you aren't using VR and the graphics are N64 quality. There is also no game here, just tapping on a series of highlighted spaces to trigger the next part of the dull / generic /trying-too-hard-to-be-meaningful story. Story follows many of the same cliches of other 'woke' western stories. i.e. "Modern man is killing nature", "only the blind can truly see", "primitive societies know best" type story. Pretty rare for me to abandon a game but this will be one.

Unique controls, but it doesn't work. The camera shakes are too distracting and most of the time is spent on compensating.

The use of acceleration sensors really makes this game aesthetically pleasing and the beautiful soundtracks! Really enjoying the game. It made me stop the game to give a great review! Kudos to the ones who made it.

Great fun and was a blast as long as it lasted but alas i somehow managed to get into chapter select and had clicked something as i did not know what chapter i was on. I was playing all night, had past and progress lost just like that. Will never know how the story ends i guess.

Loved the story, puzzles weren't easy and the scrolls showing more to the story was a great idea. Over all was great game and may have she'd a tear that I was done with it ❤️

The controls are sometimes frustrating as this game is actually meant for VR. But it still deserves 5 stars for the tremendous work developers have put in. Highly recommended.

Such a good game with poetic storytelling, some clever puzzles with soothing graphics and collectibles gives hint to some puzzles and ongoing story. Keep it up, wants more games ! 🎮

Game mechanic so impress, please make skip button for cutscenes. Because after update my phone I lost all save point then I need to replay, then skip button is so essential.

AAA gaming on mobile. Great atmospheric story well told with high quality art design throughout coupled to increasingly expansive gameplay puzzle mechanics as the levels unfold. Eggcelent!

Game was really good overall, the only issue was that Eqqo would sometimes get stuck in a doorway or the grass and I'd have to restart the map.

Intresting but a bit annoyed with the graphic setting. Plus, i can't disable the sound setting in the game.

I really am enjoying this have, it is well written and thought out. However I am stuck when the sleeping monster keeps eating the egg and I can't get to it in time, and I haven't been able to find hints anywhere.

Not much effort in the story, nothing really to interactive in this either so the story needed to be superior which it isn't. glad it's free... Definitely would have lots of regrets paying for something like this

Not bad until I got to the room with the guy in the cage, no idea how to open the door, then I looked away and somehow died. Decent puzzler from what I played, good for the free price but wouldn't have spent anything for it

Played without VR. Even so, this is a great interactive story that wears its heart on its sleeve. Controls were fine.

This game is fantastically beautiful. The story line really drives you to keep going. It is so very heartwarming and sad at the same time. Life truely is special.

No adaptive icon. Edit: It takes less time to make the icon adaptive than it takes to thank people for countering this review. Also, if not wanting to have a square icon in a circle makes me a moron, then so be it.

Seems like it has a storyline that has been "inspired" from many famous urban legends as well as the Bible itself, as the opening scene depicts at some point.

Crashes for me as well, just after the stars scene then the tip about knocking on the ground. Stack trace is a binary dump without a function log

Great graphic, great creativity, great music, great narrator & great game. Thank you so much 😊🙏🏻

The game crashes after first chapter, level 1. No response from the developer after 2 weeks. Money lost.
