The app seems to be great so far I have only recently downloaded and set up the acct, excited to see how it works as we go along . I also had some questions when setting up and the live chat rep was very helpful

Since the new update, fingerprint icon doesn't come up straight away. Have to open the app a dozen times or more for it to eventually appear.

Worse than website, so what's the point? When using website, it opens the app, but the view of portfolio is limited. Only way round it is to uninstal to avoid web page launching the poor app.

Some real problems with this app. Log in doesn't work on WiFi and the error message explainijg why - only shows 50% of the time - is blank. Log in over cellular has also started to become a challenge over the last few weeks since the last update. Really needs some bug fixes. When it works it's easy to navigate and much better than the web portal. Frustrating trying to get into it though.

It's not a good app, just use the desktop site. It works fine for me, it just doesn't have any features. You can't see the different lots, only the aggregate amount in your portfolio. You can see more info if you go through the transaction process, but that's clunky and it still doesn't have all the info - whether it was my cotribution or my employer match, the % or $ gained (or lost). Pretty much useless.

Can't log in. Input login credentials and click go keyboard button, not functional button on app). A white box is displayed, which is mostly blank except for a button labelled "OK". In the background in a spinning circle and phrases such as "loading data" and "Almost there". Except "Almost there" then stays forever and nothing happens. I am now temporarily locked out of my account, as I gave up on the app and went back to the desktop version. I will be uninstalling this app very shortly.

This app is very annoying. I have installed it on my android phone. When I try to login using finger print recolonisation method, it sends security code. But then it freezes and not letting me to enter code I received. I thought it was issue with my phone, but it is same issue with my other phone too. If you are lucky then app allows to enter the security code but then app doesn't load on phone and not show any portfolio.

I want to change the star rating but I can't get into the app to try it out, I see another user has the same issue, correct username and password but it keeps telling me to check my Internet connection, tries 4g and multiple WiFi networks, always the same EDIT: This was my mistake, I found out later that the app was down for maintenance when I was trying to log in, I just missed the message, so far the app seems good and fingerprint being available for android now is great

This bug is there for last 1 month. While entering OTP, keypad is not getting enabled. Even if we enter, it's not going inside. Again and again asking for password or fingerprint. Then again it's sending OTP. Not helpful for frequent users

Horrible UX. Is it a WebView?! Can't login. After enter verification code it goes back to login and just freezes. No support for password managers. I have to fill in the password every time. Navigate away and the fields get cleared. HORRIBLE!

Unable to enter code that gets texted to me. Can't paste or type. I'm on a pixel 5 running the latest updates. P.S please get rid off text authentication as you already use password and biometric. It's just overkill for the sake of security. Hargrave Lansdowne doesn't even use that level of security as its uneessary. Don't reply telling me to email a speicif addess with my issue. Just fix it please.

Like many other users, this app is now a nightmare to log into. I've been using it for years without any issues but over the last 2 months I can't log in anymore. I've tried deleting and re installing without any luck.

App frequently gets caught in a never ending "almost there" state.... Which means it doesnt display your account details; to the point that you give up and close the app. Needs to be resolved and updated.

The " call me " option should be added for verification same as the website, as for some reason I am not able to receive verification SMS from you. The only option I have now for app login is to request password change by letter, I dont think it is the 80's anymore?!

Hangs on opening saying "almost there". Have to force close several times to get it to work, then it shows my portfolio incorrectly valued by a factor of 3x. Pretty useless really.

This app looks like from 2010. Please update ur app and make it light. Logout button never works on app. Also, generate statement button is not working. Lot of improvements required. Not sure, how it got tested and deployed in the first place.

Very flashy but functionally lacking, you used to be able to see how much you jad invested and current profit/loss but know just gives you your portfolio size and no reference to be able to see if it's good or bad.

On the contact us page, I cannot scroll through the list of numbers to call; I can only see numbers for countries named Argentina through Columbia. Pretty serious bug, or maybe a feature to make customer service's job easier?
