App doest load at all anymore despite uninstaling and re-installing

Buggy. QR codes not always being sent. Not sure if that's an app issue though. Hangs at login screen. But, uninstall and re-install fixes that.

Doesn't load

Crashes on Android and Apple products. Freezes at log in screen. Controls glitchy, times often don't work properly.

This app rarely works. I have updated it and the current version does not work. I had to use my laptop to create a work order ...very frustrating

Needs to be a way for customers to be able to gain access without using QR code. Having issues with my phone and unable to gain access into DC. Should be able to manually sign in.

Team IBX, somehow I can't see Customer Internal Reference details even if I had mentioned while submitting using mobile App. Another thing was copy Order isn't working after application Update.

Good evening Natalie, Over the weekend I went to one of your facilities trying to finalize the deal but I was told that I had to provide a check if I owe more that the offer to pay off my car to my lender and I would not be able to do that now.

Doesn't work anymore. Attempting to login gets stuck at loading.

Very buggy. Inconsistent behavior. Wish Equinix would test app now thoroughly.

Easy to use great app overall

Piece of junk. Keep causing account lockout.

Biggest problem, which they have had from day 1 of application launch: you can't see what your typing, as the active entry field does not stay on top. The keyboard covers all entry fields, either once enough text is entered, or if it's a field at the bottom of a page, such as inbound shipments, bottom two fields. This issue affects all text entry fields in the app. Other then that, it works well and all other features are convenient, except when your typing long notes, then your typing blind as you can't see through your keyboard :-)

There still should be more functionality with this app, I should be able to submit trouble tickets along with expedited smart hands request. What's cure entry available is great, but the entire portal should nearly be available to this app while making use of notification features in mobile phones.

You can open/review "site visit" and "smart hands" requests. You can also see shipments that have come in. Thats it. Needs the ability to enter /review every service request. You can't even schedule the the conference room or check its availability using the app, instead you have to use the mobile website which is a pain on a phone. Please update to include the remaining portal features; the app is far more usable on a phone than the website, so please expand it to include the other functions ASAP.

This app shows no information whatsoever. I'm able to log in, but it doesn't list my requests or even show the install base. I can't fathom what the point is.

Two big missing items for me are, no cross connect function, and no de-install function. Other missing tools are user management and install base.

A great job done by developer in terms of UX.
