i can make a long list of improvement needed in this app and I'm using this just for few days first Disable the virtual assistant icon. It blocks the payment amount every time after i trasfer. Just remove it completely. I couldn't send payment proof bcz it always blocks lot of info and i couldn't even move the icon . And in recent transaction it doesn't show account number for NEFT. App stuck on loading screen lot of time after the fingerprint verification.
Very very slow response application. Worst mobile banking application ever seen. Just to see a mini statement it takes more than 3 minutes to load it.. so only I am avoiding ur banking services. So annoying to use it. Need a lot of improvement.
My personal experience is that this bank has very poor service, amount will never be transferred at once, and it takes 5 minutes for application to open,I was in dire need of money but my money was transferred from this bank I tried for 4 to 5 hours but my amount was not transferred. I would advise everyone not to use any of the services of this bank
Actually I'm glad to says that the app is good 👍👍👍 all because of tie up with nyox..they give them better view and value for customers... actually it's a good for online transaction but I need to talk ... please provide us passbook and other facilities... because I personally use my account here and I want to buy something in emi but I can't because of passbook and cheque book so please provide us... I know that it's a hard work ...if you try to tie up with sbi in a small condition that is .
90℅ of the time application says unable to connect to server. Please upgrade the application. Informed several times to your officer who opened the account for me, ever time says will check and update but not giving update or call back. This is worst service i experienced.
Hahaha, equitas bank, you guys are doing update in app in such a short duration by fixing bugs but it creates another bug in app. Auto logout while moving from one screen to another screen if person is using the app. The feedback page u made in app, did u check it while submitting. Person can't see what he is writing and skip & submit button move up. Really suprising journey.
This is the worst finance app I have ever used. The UI is useless and even accessing a debit card would prove to be a headache. I opened an account in selfe but couldn't even access debit card. I also contacted customer service but they told me to purchase physical debit card then only I can access it. Better go for any other bank account then this trash.
Each time when i log out and try to log in again it doesn't work, i have to close the app permanently, why? And the interface and color of app are very very boring.
Bogus, Don't save money in this bank it's not safe. In a month or so you will receive email stating unusual transaction and asking for irrelevant questions even if you have done the transaction and asking for source of the funds, seriously?? Remember your savings/money is not safe in this bank account.
Such a useless app full of bugs. Take ideas from others banks apps. Who recommended this UI and performance is even more pathetic.
Worst application. There are many lag in this application. I would to equitas app developer team remove lag. Service is better but application is not.
Please upgrade & better service this app. This app not working some time, some time automatic log out & many more problem... Please resolve it , many time buffuring.....
This app fullfill of bad app From fist day when I was login in this app they, just show that your limit is rich what i can do it i can't visit to the the branch all documents belongs to my mom in lockdown i think that it is good app but fullly bad . One time thay told to do video kyc i did it but rejected ,then i thought that if i appli the debit card but it is also not come but they gave me pass book and check book then i put the check in bank but that also rejected what to do don't use it
Facing bugs in recent app update, Bugs: App not loading balance, statement & logout in a single click, need to click multiple times. Development team needs to clear this asap
I have got my account opened in it but neither it is a transaction on google pay nor I am able to check my balance I have got my account opened in it but neither it is a transaction on google pay . I am not able to check my balance, I have money stuck in it and neither customer care number is called. Very bad experience. I don't expect from equitas.
Very bad experience with customer care service. There is no one to assist even in bank as well as on customer care ivr. Very very bad.
Frequent version Updates are irritating. Improve your statement of account tenure which I can't take from App ; Some medieval times facility which an Elite customer expects you to deliver. Truly non user friendly App. Do some serious work on it.
Worst banking app i ever used. Always under technical maintenance. Slowest to open n very unpredictable. I don't know if our money or personal information is safe with this bank. Customer care is pathetic as well. Unable to reach any agent despite trying 12 times in 2 days.
Your app is too slow, always hanging and whenever I want to transfer money it shows "technical issue please try after sometime." Please make your app fast and elegant.

This app requires one phone for one account. Now-a-days many bank apps one phone is enough for all family members account. You are waaaaaaay behind in modernization and simplification.
Very slow process and open in net banking only loading showing in 5 minutes then open a home page. It's a burst app don't install.
Very pathetic app. After login, nothing works. Their support team is worst, treating customers has uneducated. Sending steps which customers already know. Close my account, I want to transfer my amount. Frustrated with their services
Third class app introduced by equitas Bank, even for login also this app takes lots of time even mobile network is at full speed. Lots of work has to be done at UI.
App is little bit buggy Too much time to open . There is no option to generate virtual card in this bank . Virtual card are also introduced.
It seems Equitas created this app to frustrate their customers, it fails to load many times, just shows indefinite loading and then time out. From last 3 years I am using this app, there is no single instance successful login in first attempt. Come here to face worst possible experience. Planning to close the account.
