Compared to other financial apps, this is one of the better ones I've used. Have to pay attention when signing in, when entering password, sometimes it jumps back to username and you have to reenter all of your username and password. Once in the app while viewing your transactions, when scrolling down it is overly sensitive and will open a side selection bar. Easy to get back to what you want to view but a nuisance none the less.

I've been using this app for years. Now all of a sudden, it takes a ridiculous number of days for transactions to even show up (even as pending in transactions). I made a payment for a credit card and the card provider received it, processed it and updated my balance, yet Equity app still does not show a TRACE of that transaction after almost a week. That's just one example. Overall, very slow updating transactions now (started two or three weeks ago). Worthless!!!

It used to absolutely awesome! The budget and spending feature was awesome and made goals and taxes for my business account a snap. Recently, they removed the ability to review spending habits for the previous year. Now it only goes back 3 months, which is completely useless! I am totally disappointed and really upset that there was not even a warning it was changing.

Followed the insructions from the great gals at the Sweet Springs Branch on how to reinstall the app on an android phone. Iphone users are different. Absolutey no issues. Works Great and not only "prettier" but more secure and user friendly once you get all the settings set to your own preference. You have to put out a little effort, but it's worth it. if you are having trouble with the app, talk to the gals at Sweet Springs, they'll walk you through it.

At first, the upgrade worked properly. About 2 weeks ago I started having the same isses as reported by others--won't connect to network. I uninstalled and re-installed wit no success. Called Customer Service-- they couldn't help, but recommended taking it to the bank. I took it in twice. The 1st time, it worked while at the bank, but quit as soon as I left. The 2nd time, they saw what it was doing. After multiple tries,they got it to load. Of course, it quitworking after I left the bank!!

I'd give 5 stars if we had the same features as the previously Where we could. Turn on and off our debit/credit cards and turn back on freely. They do have àlót of nice features, ways to get incentives, ways to save, real life professional pro tips on budget, about credit scores,. Ways to save, ways to invest ways to not impact your score, the dos an don't, they offer online access to apply for many loans and accounts that they offer or partners. Security is amazing. Quick response to messages.

I no longer have the ability to view the checks I've deposited. This was a helpful feature for bookkeeping at a much later time. Would like to view mobile deposits with actual checks from in the transaction feature as well. Mobile deposit no longer accepts checks by checking the box printed. It is annoying to have to rewrite something that's already there.

It's terrible, Bill pay is hard to get to, should have a link. Pending transactions no longer reflect a balance after each one, when you finally find the bill pay site it doesn't automatically show the date it will arrive unless you select it. Overall terrible, but what are you gonna do. The web site is the same now as well.

You guys are thinking "Pretty", not "Useful".. All you done is create something "Pretty UN-Useful". This remodel is a flop. Gears are turning all the time on my phone and my computers. * It is slow and clunky on all devices. * Seems this bank thinks everyone are idiots, and need help with budgeting. As they put every single link on the home page to budgets and statistics. Well my checking account is on the home page. Other than that, not anything useful. * Bill pay is now three layers deep in the program. (how stupid)! Ok so you created a good looking site. BUT IT IS NOT USEFUL!! Please think in the line of usefulness and redesign your website. I think it is GREAT to have every device look the same.. I wish everyone would do that. But I don't understand why you felt it better to hide all useful items several layers deep .. Think useful.. Put a link to "Bill Pay" on the home page right next to the link for the checking account.. And maybe put a link on the checking page. There are other items that need to be on the same pages with other items as well.

This app is terrible. Hard navigation, slow, never up to date. Constantly fighting for mobile deposit, it's not even showing deposits for today that were there earlier. Doesn't show any transfers or transactions. Why would you change something that worked & was easy to navigate thru. I'm actually having thoughts of changing banks. This is ridiculous & stressful to those of us that constantly have to rely on technology. Very disappointed

I'm a little in the monority when I say the new app layout has grown on me. Though the app does have it's flaws. Contantly having to log back in is HIGHLY annoying but could be a security measure. I also used to be able to add notes to my transactions so I could remember what I bought, but that function is gone or oddly hidden like everything else.

There are not words to describe how much I loathe using this app. Why in God's name should I have to login with a username, password, fingerprint/pass code unique to me, then have a different six digit code sent to me via text, email or call with no way of turning it off. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I despise this.

It has a simple design and is easy to navigate yes and ive had this app for years, made it very easy to take a pic of my check to deposit it when I lived 2hrs away from the closet bank (in 2016-2017) but I havent been able to check my bank account through this "convenient" app for a WEEK, idk if yall tried to update it or whatever it made the app fail. So Ive had to get on the website to check it instead and thats just annoying at this point.

App hasnt been able to connect for months! Keeps telling me "your connection is slow but we'll keep trying" uhm yeah, I have Google Fiber and ZERO issues with my comnection, or any other apps. I see Im not the only one experiencing issues. Not sure why the devs wont fix the bugs. This is a BANKING app, not a game. Where are your priorities? Frustrating!

The app has slowly gone down hill over the years. Mobile deposit seems to work almost randomly, rejecting most attempts to deposit a check. I have tried different devices with the same result. App is slower than it used to be but so far I can still log in.

The old app was excellent, and I'd finally become accustomed to the new one.... but now it just won't connect. It keeps giving me a network/server error, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. This has been going on for nearly a month now.

Thankfully no trouble loading, however you have removed a feature that was very helpful. I loved the ability to tag my purchases for what they were. Made things so easy to find tax information or when the last time what amount was spent where. Please bring that back.

In app transfers work. But the app crashes every time I try to make a mobile deposit. Makes me log back in on the home screen every time. Their IT Dept doesn't care to help make it work right for months now. Will most likely takey accounts somewhere else.

I haven't been able to log in since the new app was released. I'm locked out of my account and the customer service department said the app is down, and so is the website. The website should be back up Monday or Tuesday. In the meantime, I have no way of accessing my accounts. I believe this upgrade was not tested properly and pushed out before it was validated. Equity's motto is that they always remember it's our money, well, not if we can't get to it. It's theirs until this is fixed.

This app is so easy to use. You can transfer money and swipe your card within seconds of the transfer. You can view the history and checks. Its such a breeze. Everyone should bank with Equity. They make banking so easy!!

Keeps trying to force me to install it. When I try, it says installed already or already downloaded. So, I'm stuck with it not opening and it won't allow me to access the old one. So I've gone about a week now with no phone app. I hate this!!!!!! But I hate the changes to the online website even more!!!!

Absolutely terrible app. First time I used it to deposit a check it locked up my phones camera and I couldn't use the camera in other apps until I restarted the phone. I don't know who the developer is behind this app but the bank needs to fire them and hire someone else to make their app. The old app worked PERFECTLY and I can't believe they think this level of service is OK. Very disappointed with Equity bank for this app.

I dont understand why you would change from the old app that was working great! I've had nothing but issues with this new app. The only tab I have to Mobile Deposit is to enroll in Mobile Deposit, Ive received notification Ive been enrolled but no new tab to actually MAKE the deposit.....just to enroll again....frustrating!

not very happy about the new app. the old one was fine. i havent been able to log into the new app in 3 or 4 days. i understand there being bugs at first, but not even being able to use it 80% of the time is ridiculous.

This app is horrible. Why would you change something that was working great? I have struggled to get logged in and IF I do, it tells me there is an error and to try again later. I am about over this bank entirely. I don't like not seeing the balance and available balance after pending transactions.

TERRIBLE!! Can't get into app at all. I even asked for a secure code, that DID NOT WORK right after I requested it!! App also told me I have network problems. I NEVER did before attempting to update app which I was forced to do. CAN'T use normal log in with I.D. & password as the app says I can!!! Tried to post this review & app dies not allow me to!! Are you serious???
