Hi, The android app (latest version) is not working correctly on my Motorola android 9 phone. The 'soft' buttons do not disappear off screen and obscure the apps buttons (next / back) . Also there is no access to menus etc only the option to send money. It worked in the end but I will have to use the internet version in future until this is fixed.
No need for others who tweak the exchange rates to their advantage and charge exhobitant transfer fees. This is simple and total value for money...thanks Equity

i just happened to transfer money from my equitel account to mpesa the money has been withdrawn from equity account but not deposited in my mpesa account,after i called equity bank customer care desk the response was there was network failure ,so why haven't reversed the transaction.im just concerned.

Hi, I'm giving the app and service a 1 because of unclear and incomplete registering instructions. where can I find the client ID and set my password. After being asked to key in my personal details, and confirming those details using my email, I was asked to give in a client ID (which I don't have) and password which I didn't even set to begin with.
