Most of the time the app doesn't want to open. It just loads & loads.
The app never loads. Y'all should fix it or remove it What's the point in having it if it's not goin to work
Occasionally have issues getting paper work emailed or faxed over but overall a descent insurance co.
At first it was great but lately I can't get it to load.
Can't get it to log into my account.
When I register it keeps telling me wrong policy number so I've tried re entering it every way possible but no success. I was looking for a quick and convenient way to handle business because I don't trust automatic withdrawal from ANY company. Great company though...
Can't log in and when you do do get ahold of someone at your insurance agency or them their self they try to give you the run around finally I got someone to tell me basically all you can do is make payments from it and show the proof of insurance probably have to pay an additional fee any ways to make payment through the online apartment so it really work that it's a waste of space
Has the features that I would like with the application. However, in my personal opinion the application could be a bit more user friendly.
