With the amount of money people spend on this game you'd think the devs would fix it. I'm still unable to access my account since the last update, I've deleted and re-installed many times and still nothing. Every toon & every account i own are now gone. Not to mention 99% of the updates usually break something within the game. FIX THE USER CENTER!!!🙄
You get no stars. If there was a minus stars I'd max it out. I've spent too many years and too much money to have my toons vanish on my account. I like many others have paid some serious cash here and you guys don't do anything to help the game or the players. I want my account back now. It's SevenTheSlayer. Now it says there are no servers but arcania. What the heck kinda bs is that. Fix this issue and stop being lazy. 😡😡😡👎👎👎.
I have no idea at all as 2 why your game cannot get passed 83.7 Mb on the main loading screen 🤔 I have tried 4 different devices with and without VPN including resetting the devices and also uninstalling and reinstalling this game, but still I don't get passed 83.7 Mb, any ideas on what is going on 🤔 I am talking to other people who play this game because I am looking 4 feedback + other suggestions and ideas.
look ive played this game for a few year now and tried to redownload it and surprise again its gets to 83.7% and stops fix the game or your going to lose a lot of people coming back to play
Game is broken servers are broken. They take forever to fix anything if they even fix it at all. If you have iphone don't even bother getting. Its impossible to get support.
So when are you going to fix the game, I don't have my device I made to on, I can log in but have no toons, not going to start over. So could you plz tell when you are going to fix it?
Redownloaded this game just to see if anything changes.... nothing changed really, it has a large amount of gear choices and upgrades and missions and I did enjoy the storyline.... I'm just no longer impressed by it. Not a bad game just repetitive and I put way too much money into this game in the past. Not trying to do that again.
Update: "Illegal Add-on detected" msg might just mean that the game can't connect to the server
Games full of glitches, devs dont fix anything. Dont waste your time or money.
So far so good the engine so far is pretty solid i am impressed so far am refreshed at it working so well no bugs so far. I will let you know when i complete the game also the range for lastability is good. Well done to the team! Awww what,why cant believe it the update has ruined the game. Someone has turned the games resolution or frame rate causes it to glich and jump unplayable.put it back!

When I started the game it would stay on a black screen even if I restarted my phone or game
So our S48 toons are on S46 so how do we get out toons back on if they're there in s46? User central is completely broken.. A few days ago I would have given y'all 5 stars but today if I could I'd give y'all zero stars.
When the last update is going I can't open my account any more.what happened ?? This game is truly amazing. It doesn't take up too much storage and it also has wonderful graphics as well as cut scenes. I also like how all the NPCs have their own personality. I would like for there to be customization options, although. I recommend this game to everyone, to at least try the game. This is a 5 star game in my opinion!
I can't rate it, the game won't load stuck at 63.6mb out of 444.6mb!!! for 40 freakin minutes!!! and wouldn't do a damn thing - impossible to say what I think when this is the third time trying to play this in the last 24 hrs - same issue both times, and my internet isn't the damn problem... other games have no issue, just yours... I want to give 0 stars - but apparently that's not an option
My son and I have spent thousands of dollars on this game and now we can get on any of our toons. The game is seriously broken. I have tried working with support but just get generic responses and no resolutions. I want a full refund on all the toons I've paid for. They are quick to lock you out of an account if you get a small refund after spending thousands and make it impossible to recover it back. I want all my funds back then. Maybe all of us players should start a class action lawsuit.
This game was lots of fun. yes definitely pay to win, but I have seen lots of non vip players kick vips asses easy. The issue I have is that there is less and less people playing the game now. Its gotten to the point where battle field barely ques, and dungeon parties with out a team set up is an impossibly long wait. The system has so many glitches still and issues needing fixed and all empty promises to fix with nothing showing since christmas. The community is great, although slowly leaving.
Decent game but after spending money on it for months I'm tired of the update issues recently its said new update, but no matter what even uninstalling and reinstalling it freezes after so many mb's. I have a 1200 router and internet connection setup and it tells me my connection is unstable. Tired of fighting to keep a game updated that won't even properly update.
So I opened my app yesterday and saw an update for 2.1mb. I hit update and this thing kept downloading and downloading and downloading I thought it was my network I closed down the app and reopened it and it said I had 1.3mb left to complete the download I continued and even left it over night to see if it'll work. I woke up this morning just to find out that my 2GB worth of data had finished and this game still hasn't updated that 2.1mb. I am no longer playing this game that's for sure.
Forcing me to get 1 Star ⭐ ✴️ when I actually love playing this game. I do not appreciate being tested when actually paying to play!! I do love the level divergence of character types in the game to armor creations. I hate the slow/refusal to fix running process, and I'm starting to think you're deliberately sabotaging my game.... There are other games anyway
I cannot get past the loading screen. Wheneve I update to the latest version, out of 470.7 Megabytes, it only goes up to 48.2 and then freezes saying my connection is unstable and unable to continue the update. Please kindly sort this out.
This game is more of dungeon crawler than an actual MMO. The levelling system is weird not to mention the main quest, cosmetics with stats and the crafting is most hilarious I've ever seen. Sure it does have good mechanics of course but overshadowed by other weird and broken ones.
