Unfortunately this is the worst app I probably have ever used. I've sent log reports, detailed emails and have waited months for improvements but none have come. Galaxy note 10+ user and like a slap in the face, the new update has made the app worse (and yet claimed to be "bug fixes"): it won't even open anymore. Before it would open but the search would never bring back results, but at least that can't happen anymore! /s (since the app won't open)
I just updated the app and now i find it useless. I used the app to show me where/when open houses were. Homes are now listed as open house but the dates and times displayed are completely wrong. I'll keep the app for a few more days but if it doesn't correct itself I'll have to get rid of it and lose all my saved house choices. Very frustrating. Update 10/17. Open house times still not fixed. Can't access any own house into
search filters are hard to set, when saving homes constantly get the message cannot perform this action at this time. When putting in addresses that are found outside of app to be able to add them to a saved list address are often not able to be shown.
I have a galaxy 9 and it is not optimized for it at all, this is one of the most current phones. not the current one but still. my wife has a iPhone 8plus and it has 3D view and everything while I cant even see the pictures right. fix this please its terrible.
My realtor is a family friend who works at ERA and for her sake as well as my own (as the buyer using your "search engine") i have to tell you the uselessness of this app is simply deplorable. It DOES NOT FUNCTION in every sense of the word. Im still using truila because their app works. All i do is use the map and "list" function to search nearby for a home. You application gives nothing but "no homes in this area" when in fact their are hundreds; due to malfunction. GET IT TOGETHER...
difficult maneuvering around, I just want to look at houses for sale without all the hassles of inserting specifics. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app because it just continues to search over and over.
I know I've told the filtering to clear out any "Pending Sales" yet almost ALL of the homes are pending when I compare to Utah Real Estate. Your site is no good to me as an ERA agent. It's completely inconvenient and incompetent. Someone over there creating this app has a hard time getting it right. Useless.
I use this app every day in search of finding my first home. I love the feature it has called Walk Score. It allows me to see all the places that are within walking, biking, and transit distance from the house I'm viewing. It's really great.
Filters don't work, constantly showing homes that are contingent, pending. Hit search 3 or 4 times in exact same area and different houses pop up. Better apps available
It works and updates fast. But the push notifications at all hours of the night in bursts of 3 can't be modified inside the app.
tech issue with app. searches doesn't come up. when searching, it seems as if it is going to load but nothing happens. can't even send feedback.
what i mean is that the properties that are listed on this app are only for sale, however ERA has properties for rent as well. They have quite a few that are for rent. the app does not meet the needs for people whom are looking for housing/apartments to rent. the app needs have listimgs that are for rent as well.
This app has its good moments but most of the time it's garbage. It won't save half of the things that you like. Then sometimes it just zooms out and you can't find the home you were just looking at.
It shows every listing twice in all of my searches and it doesn't always pick up homes in the area when I use the *homes near me* feature.
almost all the pics are blurry and stretched out too much that you can't see much. When I find a house that I might like, can't make out the pics of the inside.
Notes should be at the top. shouldn't have to scroll to bottom to see the notes that I entered. should be able to put in order by which houses I like best
Drawing feature flawed, sorting doesn't work, app won't rotate on tablet. Completely flawed and inconvenient. Waste of time
So many options! And its easy to get in touch with my agent Purnell Cook through this app, she is absolutely amazing... She's been helping us to buy our first house

UNSUBCRIBED 3 times and still getting emails!! Can't report a problem, can't do anything to stop the HARASSING emails! They assign you an "agent" who never even asks what your needs are just shoves listing down your throat! Ill take me chances with another company
Great. Jeff Fredrickson helped us a bunch and was really focused on us. He never once said anything to try and convince us to buy. He always pointed out the flaws in the house and answered every question we had with professionalism while making is feel like we were his family at the same time. 100% would recommend this app and him specifically to anyone.
I work 7 days a week sometimes 10 hrs in a day. This app allows me to search for homes etc and still work while staying in contact with my realtor.
The street map ALWAYS says OOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG, and the see larger map shows nothing but a price, nothing else on the map!! GET IT TOGETHER!!
Very user friendly and I appreciate that they don't include off the market listing in your searches.
The app goes through times where, regardless of the filter, it wont show any houses for sale. I had to un- and then reinstall the app a few times. Also, it caps off the number of houses you can save manually but when you request a showing, it saves the hone for you- not a big issue but still a nuisance. Otherwise it's a pretty good app that's easy to use and change your filter settings!
