Very easy ordering and payment process application. It is very easy to check product best offers given by distributor and eas to place order..... Also managing to your credit amounts for parties debite/credit... And also shipped the courier to your customers in a one click......
Consume a lot of time, easy and convenient but not friendly. One can place order as per their requirement and money., Please fix bug, we are helpless
Best app. And save your money and time. Good for retailers as well as wholesalers for their business
Loading all the time..need to clear cache and force stop to make it work again.. some time you need to clear user data also..fix it ASAP made call on the mentioned number but nobody recieved the call
Good App for order's for retailer. My experience is good for eRetail app for everything is good app .
Very good app, payment is now more easy,but one thing is very confusing that the payment which we have done is also shows on summary by writing txn no. which is very confusing when we select the bill for payment it is ( txn no.amount) is also selected if not selected carefully & added in total..so this has to be rectify
Dear Marg, its a good initiative to bring this app,but after using this eretail app, I feel very confusing,needs update n first of all, 1.customer cant see item image when they open item list, they have to select d item then he can view the image. So they didnt attracted. 2. In this eretail app, dont have proper cart options or icon,so its bit difficult to understand what they have choose previously as a first time user. Its far away from app like amazon/flipkart, where people use most. 3.
I can not add the products still facing problem..... Iam not satisfy this app
Opt not coming on time apps not work properly
in this app customer has to sesrch items manually , this is a big limitation of this app, in product section all the product must show automatically so that customer can choose whatever he wants, otherwise he will search only those items he needs urgently, also when we go to category option after adding items there is no provison to watch which item is already added ,that is there is no cart option which all apps are providing, lot of work required, watch other apps and improve fast
App was not working properly continues loading and not showing dashboard not taking orders properly too worst.

Not synchronizing the stock everytime..while ordering.
1)Its very useful app & working very well thanks. Its more convenient if some options like rate copmare & scheme on products.2) AFTER PLACING ORDER THE STOCKIEST IS ABEL TO CHANGE ORDER SCHEME 4 EXAMPLE ONE PRODUCT HAS 8+2 SCHEME BUT STOCKIEST CHANG IT TO 9+1. 3) SOME PRODUCTS R SEEN TO BE AVAILABLE OR IN STOCK BUT AFTER PLACING ORDER IT NOT AVAILABLE THAT MEANS ITS NOT UPDATING STOCK PROPERLY. Concept is nice ,but improvement like having customer dont want too many company in the eretail app ,select company not having option those customer ,everytime need to be refresh data & sync ,auto sync & refresh data not having option ,in every work like pdc ,o/s ,ledger need to be sync & refresh data for current data ,if doing sync &refresh thn it will take much more time in servr data ,thats y customer are irrating to keep everything all those thing in everytime ! Plz improve server is posible

This version is so disturbing us, hang problem and many more problems.

Good features are there in the e retail app,supports the retailer to place order and pay the outstanding amount to the supplier in finger tips. Really helpful, users must try this to save time.
What ever you are trying to do it retuns to home page and it is asking for retailers sync to do any action but it is not syncing,reported the problem a month ago but no response.
We are VIGNAN MEDICAL & NOVELTIES, NELLORE. The app is good. Iam using to order stocks through the app. It saves somuch time and very useful for every retailer.
Earlier app is good after update it won't work properly. When we are placing the order we can place the order for one distributor only. Earlier we can place the order for all the distributor's at a time

Good app for making orders. But it is slow in loading the app and also loading the products when the app is being opened. It isn't a network issue from my service provider as other apps in my device are working normally. Hope it will be improved, Thanks.
