Tried to log on over and over and over again on my app and it wouldn't let me access it. :( Kept telling me "not valid log on". I've reloaded app, AND reset password AND made sure connected to wi-fi, etc....still won't allow me to access the app. I am soooo bummed (insert crying emogee here).
User navigation menus should be improved, too many clicks to find key information. Consider streamlining and making more user friendly. Too easy to get lost in the various menus or follow what you find where. As a faithful Church Choir member in Denver, I'd be happy to participate in constructive end user feedback to help make this better. Love the intent and effort ECHQ is making to try and fend off bots and scalpers for coveted tickets and increase the Church Choir community engagement .
Best app for anyone who loves Eric Church and his music! Great community and everyone is so supportive of one another! For everyone whining about paying for premium membership but not getting pit tickets, being a premium member doesn't guarantee you pit tickets!! The app was new and crashed on all of us!!! Obviously not true fans because having premium membership gives you a lot of other cool perks besides dibs on pit tickets! I've made some life long friends on this app.
Tried to order pit tickets from the plane and the app would not open since it found a new update. I just updated the night before. At least allow me to purchase them outside of the app. Very irritated!
Today is my birthday and was hoping for the best gift ever - get EC Pit tickets! Not happening because the app crashed! Horrible. Got it and saw the buy tickets link. No concerts available. Then backed out. The main app screen was black. Backed out of the app. Now had to sign back into the app and now getting message "unable to sign in at this time".....so disappointed!
The app is useless and hard to navigate. installed and paid for premium membership to get presale tickets, that was a joke! Now I did get pit tickets but can't find any verification on the app that I purchased them, I only have an email that says I did. I didn't pay $300 for pit tickets and will have to drive 8hrs to find out I can't get in to the concert because the app is screwed up
I'm a huge fan of this guy but whoever thought this was a good way to distribute pit tickets to fan club members was out of their mind and they ended up with a lot of frustrated fans wasting time with an app that crashed or wouldn't even load for many folks. If that's what you're hoping to use this app for, all I can say is good luck.
The app won't open. Keep getting error message about low connection but I have full signal & full wifi signal. Missed out on presale for premium fan club members. Been a fan club member for over 2 years.
Logged in at 10am for ticket to surprise my girlfriend for Christmas and Script errors for 30 mins. And guess what was gone when I was finally about to log in!! Yes the tickets. Unreal, the one concert that was a must for her next year gone cause this app sucks
Loved it until I went to buy pit tickets. It said my connectivity was low and wouldn't open. I tried uninstalling the app and installing it again, but now it won't even install!! I did the recommended update last night. Super disappointed. 😢
The app on my phone keeps saying error when trying to purchase pit tickets. Then again it took 15 minutes for the app to even load and then it would not accept my email. ahhhh!!!
Spent my morning in tears after putting so much effort into being available during work AND spending extra money I didn't have on a premium membership, only to not be able to get into the app. I'm so incredibly sad. This was the only way to get PIT seats and I feel cheated. All I wanted was to get my BF the most amazing anniversary present ever. Eric is his guy. I wish we could have bought them during regular presale.
Great application to keep Eric Church fans updated on what is going on at concerts. Many of the fans use it often. Great addition to the weekend concert experience. Want to thank all of those behind the scenes for their creating this and for help along the way.
App is garbage. I can log in to the website with same log in info I try on this app and the app says invalid email address. I upgraded to premium membership just to use this app for presale pit tickets and now this POS app won't even allow it.
I can log into website, bought a premium membership to purchase pit tickets but now my email won't work with this app. I have reached out for days and support is not responding so I guess we won't be buying tickets, using this app and am out the 35.00 choir membership!!!!
App is complete garbage. Couldn't get on the day our pit tickets went on sale. Kept getting an error about my login and then one about my connection. Highly disappointed in this app esp since it was the only chance at pit tickets
What a complete rip off. So disappointed with EC. Feels like we were all taken advantage of by having to upgrade to premium membership to have the opportunity to get pit tickets just to have this garbage app crash. In his attempt to ensure scalpers don't get tickets he's made it impossible for his fans to get their hands on tickets.
I love Eric Church and pay my premium membership to support him but this App is a complete joke! It doesn't work properly and is consistently giving me some sort of error message. Terrible idea, who ever came up with it as a way to sell tickets to die hard fans.
Poop poop poop poop to this app and a desperate man trying to get pit tickets. The servers crashed and couldn't keep up with demand. They may want to rethink this next time this is the only way to buy tickets.
Worked fine for a day. Updated it and now it won't even open. Low connectivity it says. Clearly that is not the case. Bummer they put this garbage out without thinking and a huge disappointment for those wanting to get pit tickets.
If you're gonna make it so we have to buy tickets through the app make sure it's up to the task of handling traffic. Twice today I made it to checkout and entered my info only to be timed out. Looking forward to the pre-sale on Monday.
The app was working fine until this morning. I can't buy pit tickets for Nashville until October 12th but think it's ridiculous that you have to buy them on this app that isn't working
Added pit tickets to my cart and then it said it couldn't process my request, so I lost them. Then it said sold out and now, my connection is low. What a horrible way to sell pit tickets to your fan club!
Worst experience ever. How can it be possible this is the only way to purchase tickets and the app crashes? Pretty upset I spent extra money and can't even buy tickets.
Was really hoping to get pit tickets for the March 30th show in Milwaukee but I can't even get in the app reallly disappointed. Still can't wait for the show but wanted to get up close for once
This app was horrible, got a membership 2 days ago and now app won't even let me login. What a waste of time and money just to get pit tickets.
The app does not work well at all. It keeps telling me my connectivity is low...Sad that this was the only way to get Pit tickets

For this to be the only way to buy pit tickets is utterly ridiculous. I was able to select the concert date and number of tickets but kept getting "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time." Soooooo incredibly frustrating. Clearly, this app was not able to handle the volume of traffic it received. I can't even get back on now and keep getting a "Your connectivity is low. Some features of this app may not work". 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
