I rate them 0 stars for they misrepresented purchase and shipping options. Then try to keep your money, by stating you can't a full refund unless you cancel you order within 24 hrs of purchase. At that time I was unaware that they take 8-10 day before it's even processed meanwhile I paid for expedited shipping and they say you can't get that back either!!! I am furious, because I ha e a wedding engagement this weekend and I paid back on May 5, it's now the 10th and I paid $111 for nothing!

I have ordered from here and never again. The package took longer than expected and I had to pay an extra £11.25 to pick up the package despite paying shipping costs. Currently contacting customer support and will update my review depending on what happens. If they don't refund me this is a scam. The quality of the clothes were cheaper than expected. I wouldn't risk spending money here. Good reviews must be paid bots or people who have never shopped anywhere else before.

Did not know they had an app! I'm giving Ericdress 5stars due to my familiarity with their website, I've order multiple jackets, coats, vests, and a few shirts. Plus some faux fur lined pu leather coats which look ridiculous, yet awesome at the same time. Keep in mind everything comes from Asia, so the buttons & zippers will all be on the "wrong" side of the garment. I've noticed complaints about shipping, US customs for imports are about 3+ months backed up. So expect 90+ days for shipping!

Fantastic app My first experience with this application. I like it very much because it has huge number of products which has reasonable price and best quality. One thing that is most interesting that each product is available in every size and color. So that if you want to buy best thing, this is one from where you can get it.

I love this app! The shipping is usually really fast for me, the clothes and accessories are almost always how they look on the models (especially plus clothes. I appreciate not photoshopping out rolls and bumps so it's accurate.), and it's all in a reasonable price. All the deals are amazing too. Low prices for good quality clothes, I love it.

The Ericdress app has come a long way! The app is really easy to use and navigate through and it makes your shopping experience much more enjoyable. The only problem that I have with the Ericdress app is that it does not do the feedback in the app, and must be go to application store. That's one problem I think they can fix and that would make the shoppings experience 100% better for me.

Such a good application, it assists me in quite many kind of things. It is actually pretty useful. I use it quite often. I can have a clear idea of the products and i can buy as required. It has a pretty good interface as well. To simplify the things or making long story short its Very productive

I liked this app very much. The app has huge number of quality products with very very reasonable amount. The best thing of this app that it has each product in every size and color so that anyone can buy from it. Also the buy and checkout procedure is too easy, so that a layman can easily do shopping.

I'm new to Ericdress but the clothes are awesome! Girls and guys get top looks at the touch of their fingertips. The dress I got was fabulous! And with the app exclusive notifications, I know when deals are up and prices are down! Get this app if you want style and easy shopping in the palm of your hand!

This place gets absolutly no stars. What a joke.waited and waited almost two months for my order. In the meantime I made contact with them several times and they kept promising they were doing their best and it was about to ship out and for my troubles the would refund me $20 then $15 and then $10. I never reciwved any refunds. Then when I got the jacket it was totally differnt then what I ordered. I ordered a 3x and it fit like a medium/large. I promise you will regret it.

I loved this application very much. The app contains a number of products with huge variety. All products are in best quality and prices. Also app has discount program. Products are available 24 hours. Also the checkout system is very easy to understand. So that everyone can buy easily and checkout happily.

The app is amazing. Fulfuling all the requirements of a best shoping app could be. Its user friendly. Easy to navigate in the app and most importantly all the stuff in here is so unique and beautiful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE... I paid $34 for shipping and going into a month waiting. Lack of communication is the problem. Love the items they have but, communication is horrible. YES. we know shipping is back up, but communication goes a long way. I'm still waiting on my response and shipment. Which will come first?

Ericdress is one of the most economical apps I know. I love that they do not exaggerate their prices. If anything, they have so many offers and sales. It is quite a good budget store. The services are also good. I've not had any cases of late deliveries. Their customer care service is also very responsive.

some of my clothes were ok some were really bad stay away from the over $100 dressing the materials are horrible and the color is not the same I bought 2 dressing had to returned them and it was very exprensive over $70 to returned the items. They also try to charge me for the materials that made the dresses I spend over $500 and they promised free shipment, that was not the case these orders were placed in Nov. Im still waiting for some of the items just dont spend alot of money be careful

nice clothing but...So you get really nice clothing at a good price. Some pieces I've ordered I wish they used a different material. However everything I order was 9/10 true to size n color. Some items you have to see what measurements are a S M L...cause a medium in a top can be a small in a dress so read the measurement requirements. Con.. stuff takes a long time to ship...so DONT expect Amazon service. Do NOT order something that u wanna wear right away. 2-4weeks tops. hence 4 stars

This app is very good Its interfaces are attractive and it have almost all types of collections. Others than its payment criteria and shipping time is well. I like this app and I also recommend others to use this as it so much helpful as it is like all the wearing product are at one place with reasonable rates and no need to waste time to go to market and discover products. As it's icons and it's completeness is so good. Guys you should use this app

Loved the colourful visual design when I open the app. fantastic scan and shop option. Now makes my shopping extremely easy. The user experience on the website and the app is amazing, offers a wide variety of brands and deals with amazing customer services!!!

Ordered item for my wife's event, paid for expedited shipping $31 extra. That was Feb.1, never received product (which cancelled 2 days later.) Or my refund. The site is still saying the order is pending, even though it showed paid in full. Not worth the headache I have getting my $62 back. Shameful

I order from ericdress every month and it has always been excellent.I have never had a problem with any of their clothing and as a petite woman jam always worried about sizing but that has never been an issue shopping here.accurate description on clothing and customer service is a definate 4star!my birthday is in a months time and am definitely ordering two dresses for the special event!

So I tried to purchase items off of this site but my bank denied the charges stating it was for my own protection. When I checked my statements the company is registered under several personal names that didn't match under each transaction. Definite red flag! As far as the site is concerned it was simple to use and view products however the inability to access or even pay via PayPal or any bank card due to suspicious activity and lack of stable verification on the stores end is a no brainier..

This is probably one of the best shopping apps. I've ever used! It's so user friendly. I can't remember the last time it crashed. New arrivals every other day! Although I wish you guys did run out of sizes so quick and that you had the find in store option. Still great app for shopping.

My favourite shopping app absolutely fabulous clothes and you pay for what you get!! Most clothes are nice and light great for holidays, takes a good while to come to Ireland about six weeks but I wouldn't let this be a fault. It's great I'm never off it.

I bought a dress for my girl. Initially I was worried that she will like the dress or not because I never bought her any dress before, but she really loved it. Thanks to Ericdress that they give full specification of the product which makes purchase easier and I am definitely buying more from here..
