Erie FCU Mobile App

It sometimes works flawlessly but more often than not the links on the sidebar don't work. When I try to click on the Services tab to get to Funds Transfer, the list will disappear and I end up choosing Branches every time. That just brings up a black screen.

Inconvenient! 2 weeks in a row my card has been locked up for making payments. Last week I was told it was because the amount limit or transaction limit. I didnt hit either. Not today either. And these payments are regulars with my card. Unfortunately there's no way to speak to anyone after hours via app or phone so I have to wait until morning to have my account unlocked. Upsetting.. I will be switching from here to a bank

Good usually, but suffering from a nasty bug on my Google Pixel. I've been trying to deposit a check through the app since yesterday but the camera in the app just wont focus no matter what I do. Camera is working fine in other apps, but I just can't get a legible picture of the check for deposit. I'd appreciate a fix ASAP because I moved out of town and have no other way to deposit it.

Poor quality app. After using it, it caused my Galaxy A32 to continuously restart until I uninstalled. User beware.

stupid app.... looks like it saves my user name but actually hasnt. wont let me log in and when I hit forget password it says I have to call. I have called MULTIPLE times for them to reset it. I uninstalled the app I'm so over it!!!!

it's a 50/50 if app loads after correct password is entered and mobile enrollment doesn't go through after wait times and multiple attempts

app never opens, message always says failed. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled many times.

Works great, easy to navigate & always have wonderful help from the support center when needed

this app now wont work on my tab A samsung 2017 version. it use to. please fix. there us no reason for this. check the app before you release it. thats IT one o one...

Very accurate, easy to process, responsive to needs and questions.

Can yall update to fix this. Hard to read anything cause of how its typed out. Will give 5 stars when its fixed.

Problems logging in to App today keeps telling me that my account can't be authenticated. What is going on?

It's super nifty to be able to see how much I have and do transfers when I need it

Everything works on my phone but this . Everytime its updated i have to get a code text . But its my phone and my fault how?

Had to open a new app because I had to get a new account, but I can't find where to register,

Have to keep uninstalling it n installing it or it wont open

Tried to cash a check for $1500 from another bank not a personal check from another bank and they're acting like I got to wait a week to see my money for 1500 bucksif they can't afford to cash a $1,500 check without needing a 3-day advance then to me that screams broke why would I trust you if you can't even cash my $1,500 check
