I just need to be able to check my accounts in real time and transfer money. I appreciate the quick balance check without having to log in but, this app doesn't do much else and the quick balance isn't always up to date with your activity, so how is that helpful? When I do log in, 90% of the time I don't make it past the first screen and it crashes and I have to log back on or be angry. The space for my account is way too small, the page is way too cluttered. Very frustrating app for me!
Fingerprint login doesn't work half the time, pages constantly do not load (are completely blank) or show an access denied error, notifications do not work at all and I'm asked every single time I log in for my security questions which I've never been required to do on any other banking or financial app. The app and website are so bad I'm seriously considering switching to another bank.
Consistently crashes. After trying for 20 minutes I finally got logged in, then tried to deposit a check, and each time I submitted it, it said I had timed out, even though I spent less than 10 seconds on the page. Promptly uninstalled.
I did all my banking through the app up until a few months ago, now every time I try to mobile deposit my checks the app crashes. Every. Single. Time. Can't even utilize mobile check deposit and it's my main feature for banking with Erie. Super frustrating.
They mess up my account and they know it but still charge $35.00 OD. Example; I paid my Cr Card on time on line but my payment came back to me in a check with the Banks Name on it but my address on it. WTH
Keeps locking me out for failed security questions even though it isn't asking me questions. Also menu's are blank. Try restarting app and it locks me out again.
Can't use app anymore. Message said I needed to update app but when I click update it says pending for hours on end. Tried several times same result
I've been with this bank for 2+ years and the people are friendly. Also when my ATM card was hacked, they were right on top of things with fixing it
New update broke it. It will no longer go past the initial loading screen so I can't log in.
I mean it works but the app is sloppy and 30% doesn't work properly.
Better hands-on experience a lot more user friendly definitely a good app
Works well. Keeps me informed on all my transactions. Makes paying bills easy.
App never works. All it says is "please wait, signing in"
Love this bank, the staff rocks, they know their jobs and very friendly, highly recomended.. KUDOS MY FRIENDS, KUDOS....

My app doesent have the mobile deposite option wich is very disappointing

Won't allow me to log in. Old GoMobile app always worked find.
Easy, but a pain to login. :/ One problem I've had over six months finally made me do a review. That's because each time daily I have to login twice. Example: As soon as my account starts to load when I log in; the app crashes. The second time I login everything's runs as intended. Just a minor bug, I don't think anybody likes to re-enter their information twice EVERYDAY. Not sure if this just happens on the LG Stylo 5; but re-install doesn't fix the issue. Other than that... great App!!! 4*
