eRSP Mobile Connect

I used to be able to open the app using my PIN. That's no longer an option? I really miss being able to use that function. I don't have a choice in using this app bc if I did, I probably wouldn't.

This mobile app, when it works, is good, however it is very slow at loading and often times wont let me access my messages, my client info, and my ability to clock in and out of shifts. Also you have to click a link to go to the full site to do most of the things anyways. Also the entire website often is down. I have contacted my office and they've tried to fix it through eRSP many times but I t doesn't seem to last. It makes charting more of a hassle

I'm unable to use many of the features I was expecting, such as the time clock, calendar, and viewing patient info. Every time I attempt to use the app, I have to go to the mobile site to do anything important. The only things I can even do are view broadcasts and messages, which is frustrating. Additionally, I just received a new phone and it doesn't work on it. Hugely frustrated as this will affect my communication and broadcast acceptance without the notifications. Please fix for LG stylo use

User Friendly! Easy Navigation through clients/days..

My company forced us to install this app for work. And it's nothing but a headache. This app interferes with phone functions: it plays preloaded with eRSP notification sound at the end of each Instagram, FB, YouTube video, after each phone call and even after alarm. How's that even possible!? So, there's no way to know if you received new broadcast or it's just a glitch from the app. Very annoying, but unfortunately I can't uninstall eRSP, if I want to have my current job. Please fix!!

I rarely rate apps so please understand how out of the way I went in order to rate this. The user interface of this app is of very poor quality. The app often won't open, which is frustrating when there are many people trying to accept the same assignment. The daily schedule has no interface ability. What's the point of me opening the app to open the full site? I hope this improves soon.

Half the screen is just the eRSP logo. I can see I have an assignment today, the time and... that's it. Nothing else. I can't access important details or contact information using the app. I can't see my full calendar using the app. This should not be available for download until major improvements are made. I will be continuing to use the mobile site.

Has alot of bugs. Mainly used in the healthcare field when you're providing homecare medical services and assistance. Used app to log hours and track locations. It's not as savvy as expected. Limited accessibility. The app set up was confusing and time consuming. I don't recommend.

Ive had a difficult time with this app. Its good and convenient when its working properly but It hasnt opened for me a few times and I have to close out and reboot. Ive also had quite a few times where it says my clock in or clock out has been accepted and then ill go back into it later and itll say im late or it was an invalid punch (and im within distance). Please fix these issues.

It's an easy was to clock into work, but it keeps logging me out. I'm tired of having to keep putting in my log in info. Also, many times my calendar doesn't show up so I can't log in. The GPS doesn't show accurate addresses for me to lock in at my client's house either.

Please allow it to be used horizontally so I can better use my tablet's keyboard. Also, there needs to be more space for care notes... When doing a 24 hour shift, I only have enough space to chart about an 8 hour shift's notes.

I spend more time calling the office to fix my account info and document stuff on their side than actually using the app because it refuses to work. Crashes, doesn't load correctly, can't figure out where I am and resets my account randomly.

I can't access the web from this app, which is required for clicking in and out. I've tried everything! All my settings are correct. App state's I have denied geographical location. I was never given the option to accept. will uninstall, Not Nappy

This app is super user friendly, especially compared to other job clocking in/out apps I've used!

this app needs be seriously overhauled, and updated to today's increasing technology. this app feels like its from the 80's.... People that use this app in the office can't email caregivers for certain towns and places. they have to email everyone on the email list. I'm not anywhere near these towns. it fills my text messages up, and my email. if the office had access to email certain caregivers for those areas, it would better serve my companies needs. please fix.....

have had the app for three weeks now. cannot clock in or out because it says i have denied request for geolocator m my location is on...always on and i have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but to no avail. what good is it doing me? can't use it and don't have some one that knows how to fix it. i am only with this company for less than a week....this sucks!!!!! Fix it or get rid of it

I use this app. yes at times I have problems with app. Not working I just log out and try again. It gives trouble logging in and out at times. But I dont think any app. Is perfect technology has some kinks no matter what. But I like using it for work its easy to use.

I would give this app zero stars if I could this is a horrible app. Very slow, works half off the time once you finally get logged on. It always kicks you out you have to log in every time which is very time consuming.

When you clock in and out on the app the location doesn't work. Doesn't give the correct location. Can't get it to work. Google location enabled and still giving wrong location.

I have had the same issue since I downloaded this app. I have checked every setting on my phone and they are all correct but yet still I can't clock in or out etc because it says "user denied geological location". Please don't give me the same useless answer u gave everyone else was to call my office and have them call support because I have done that numerous times and nothing can be resolved through them all they tell me is take my phone to my phone service providers store and get them to fix it. So why can't u just check into these issues with support team and provide us with answers? U take the time to type out the same repetative answer that still doesnt solve our issues then u should be able to call support and type out a solution to our problem instead of pawning us off to the next one everyone else does or has.

This cheap, always something worng with it, good for nothing app. This new update you did probably made it even more unbarable to deal with. I hate this app with all of my soul... Now, i cant even get into anymore. Its keeps saying " site entered not valid". Its the same site since this stupid app was set up in 2018.....😠0 STARS!!

Our company has been using this app since Jan 2021. We are still having to use paper time sheets as backup. Theres no training for the company so therefore its learn as you go. Its getting better but we aren't quite there yet with this app.

I think it sucks, always says I have no internet connection and Everytime I go to clock in and it says I'm clocked in I get a late alert from the office.. I will not use this to clock in, just for emailing to the office!! Needs alot of work and shouldn't be used!!

It won't open! I contacted my office and they said they have no control over the app. They said they may have to find something different to use because there has been too many problems. This app sucks!!

Clock-in/out: I'm unable to do so. I don't see an option in the app to turn on Location. I receive a message regarding geolocation

Always having issues with this application. This app is connected to payroll and if not updated someone is always treating not to pay you. Please update all issues if possible, thank you!

STILL DON'T WORK, I really HATE this app. It won't show my schedule so I'm calling my Office every day and it won't let me clock in and out so then I have to drive to the office and tell them..😡ZERO Stars in my book.

Downloaded the app and it won't open. The screen is stuck loading. Its been several hours sitting in the office waiting and still nothing will load.

Not very reliable app. It barely ever works. I'm disgusted with it ! I would rate it a zero, but it's not a choice listed.

This app is useless. It will not connect unless I uninstall and install again when using my mobile data. I do not have time for that nonsense.
