Handy way of checking and submitting reports esp when photos instead of scans being sent from phone. Only thing I dont like is that by choosing to search opportunities in area whilst the map feature is certainly handy it uses too much memory if running continuously in the background.
Works ok on a tablet, but can't even open the surveys on my phone. I keep being told that there is no problem with the app or the surveys, but don't have problems with any other apps on my phone.
Good app to make notes while completing an assignment but it is slow to load and often crashes.
Bit slow to sync if you are using the website as well.
Difficult to know what you are doing wrong before you can submit. Other than that I like it.
It is difficult to get the app to realise that the job is finished.

Working with ESA is fantastic and I would highly recommend it. The App? not so fantastic...Statistically, this app is the highest crashing App on my phone with it crashing close to 50 times with all other offending apps having a max total of 10 crashes.
It works well. It sends you notifications of visits in the geographical area you have specified.
Just updated to the new version its almkst unusable without a mo ile or wifi signal as it kept trying to reach one. And would take way longer than before to be able ro open.

Very poorly coded should create a off line file that would delete any work after it expires to allow for a quicker more user friendly experience .
It's a great app and has certainly change how much detail you can capture instead of making notes quickly or working on memory. However loading up surveys and checking them again can take a while

I find it very good to use now, it has improved since first using it. Saves time and I can enter my comments on site discreetly without paper notes. Love the way you can attatch photos required..A great app thank you ESA..
Easy to use. Shame we have to print off collaboration sheets though or would be totally paper free.

Terrible annoying app. Can never seen to load or find assignments I know are in my area. Has the annoying habit of stating itself even after I've forced closed it! Drains battery needlessly! Avoid stick to the website!!
Useless on my new phone; would have been 4 stars on my old phone. Instead of loading a whole page per item per survey, each line of the page is a page on its own; meaning that I have to skip through some 8-10 pages to complete each item. When your survey is over 250 items, that's a whole lot of wasted time. New phone is android, as was previous.
