ESAC EFM

ESAC EFM is a mobile application which provides useful information and allows for interaction, both as visitor and regular user of ESAC estates and facilities, in a helpful and intuitive way.

It features four core functions:

- Safety. It supports the access process to the site and provides helpful information to registered users regarding Health and Safety at ESAC.
- Augmented reality. It provides a guide to the user through the site installations, highlighting points of interest, buildings accesses and meeting rooms location.
- Canteen. It displays the weekly menu and detailed nutritional information about it. It allows to select meal preferences and to provide feedback about the service.
- Reporting. It allows to send a ticket directly to ESAC Help Desk, attaching easily location and pictures to the description of the issue.
