Its not an application.. just pages loading like a webpage.. Also security question is asking favourite number . Most may have single digit number or double. But here we need to enter 4 digit number ...
The space provided for password doest not have enough space to enter big passwords. The typing area becomes limited after some characters are entered. I was not able to enter my password.
Very bad experience. So much of updates are making the app usage much more worst than ever. Never had such bad experience from any other banking applications.

Unbale to withdraw cash from Esaf atm at 12.10 am. Atm shows unable to process. Went to other bank atm to withdraw and still shows unable to process. I called customer care representative at esaf and he says due to server down. Esaf bank has lot of server down problems. Kindly explain esaf bank why can't it be fixed. Even mobile app problems.
Fix the login pls! If I haven't logged in for a while, I need to re-enter every bank info again to login.
Sir please language selection option in all languages, Because esaf is available in all India.

Worst app i have ever seen... unable to login mob bank through debit card/ net banking.. its showing incorrect details..

Fraud amd cheeting bank. My monthly dues is 2100 During lockdown 4month. The bank is informed pay the 4month dues end of the loan. But finally we are paid all loan amount they are foresd to pay 900 extra for last month and covid month intrest rs. 3000 so tottaly we are paid 6000in the last month due. So people are dont trust and get the loan from this bank.

I am unable to update to the new version 2.0.0. Eventhough I tried several times, all my efforts are futile. Very bad experience with this app. The old version 1.9.9 is also not working. This app has become totally useless.
Somebody can help me for working this app android. After downloading the app when it asks for re-registration. In the process I got an sms msg to resend. After the msg nothing happens that sms screen just remains so unable to use the app. Very annoying exp.
Is it truly a banking app? Even I can't get validate my mobile number. What a pity!

Basic One! You have improve lot of things in this application user interface and application design is pathetic! Very very less features other small finance bank has lot to offer in single application! In your application we can check the balance, transfer fund and mini transaction! There are lots and lots of things one can offer in a single application! It's digital world you should concentrate on application and NetBanking facilities! Improve functionalities and UI.
In spite of repeated requests, certain issues still remain unresolved: 1) Unable to select the deposit scheme while trying to open a new deposit scheme. 2) Unable to view the interest rates on deposits It appears that after launching the application, neither the App developer nor the bank staff are trying to evaluate the working of the App. After resolving the above-cited issues, I may consider a higher star rating.

The mobile number is not getting validated. Everytime it shows the message "Validating mobile number". Of course the message is getting sent to the bank through the registered mobile number but not getting validated. I tried uninstalling,restarting, clearing data & cache methods too. Even then too it is not getting validated. OS is Andriod 11. Need support on this problem to be fixed.
