This app works great...the only issue is that I don't get notifications when I get dispatched for jobs....before I did. We checked the settings it has the check mark but doesn't notify me.
Worked fine up until the last update. Now my status options are missing options. I tried to submit feedback through the app over two weeks ago and haven't gotten a response.
Since the latest update 11/27/2018 I haven't been able to get notifications when I am sent jobs from my office. I am not the only tech experiencing this issue.
Why did this app stop working on S8. Unbelievable with no fix in sight! I can see no way that this isn't happening to all kinds of Customers in the United States! You guys need to fix this!!!
All pictures taken with the Pixel 4 running the latest update of Android 10 are turned 90 degrees when I try to upload them. is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? One star review until I get a response.
Current version for Android does not give option to go off job. Just working, pending, cancelled, complete.
App has its issues at times, but at a whole its not too bad. large monthly price hike.
constantly timing out, constantly getting error messages at top of screen in red.
never any server responce. still blocked from seeing uploaded photos after changing permissions
Can you please change the fact that I can't log out of an account if there are "in process dispatches" it is extremely annoying.

Confusing
It seemed to work ok until the last year, will not auto update or send notifications when dispatches are changed or added. Constantly refreshing to see changes. We need a fix for this. No response to in app feedback either. 0 stars
*Update 1/19/20* Seems as if the force close issues with adding dispatches and scrolling through inventory has been fixed. Still not happy about the credit card swipe issues
The app does not notify me when I recieve a new dispatch and I have to go to the dispatch screen and manually refresh every time to see a new one. I have repeatedly sent feedback to the developer about this problem but have not been contacted to resolve it.
Adds stress to every work week ,if I were a snail running service calls it would be ok .I uninstall this app every Friday and reinstall on monday
How about the ability for disbat h to chat/message back. It see.s to be one way. Or to add more then one item at a time when adding to invoicing
Poorly written program keeps crashing when I use it. It also won't let me upload anything. It wont let me log in to jobs. It doesn't do anything that I can't do with email. Support doesn't return. Your communications. Thumbs DOWN!
I use this everyday and it is the most frustrating app I've ever used. So when u select a job it loads and brings you to the job screen. When u complete it takes you back to your job list and it takes a min or two even on the latest phones. Which isn't to bad except it won't refresh your bored. Any changes made by your office won't show up unless u manually refresh after it just loaded. Once you complete a job it vanishes so pray you put in all your notes and pics. I can go on but won't. Bottom line do not use.
Quit working after the 1/15/2019 update. Once again the app will not let me open PDF invoices unless I email them to myself. Very frustrating!!! We pay a lot of money for this. This app will not let me open PDF invoices since this update a few days ago. It did the same thing 3 updates ago, then fixed, and now not working again. The only way to view the invoices on my phone is to email them to myself and open them from there. Once again you made a good app bad. Looking forward to the next fix.
