Bought it because I enjoyed the PC versions but unlike the PC version this one does not work. Bought it so I could play while on my flight all I get is a A black screen. Same with the first Ravenhearst won't work.
it wont work! i downloaded this game because i loved the pc version and i wanted to share this with my kids. i went to play, and i get a blank screen. please fix this!!! my computer is obsolete so i cant have them play on there.
I purchased the game and now it won't open on my tablet. Very upset that I paid for a game that I can not play. Loved bigfish mystery games until now.

Seriously? Yet another mystery game i've paid for from Big Fish that doesn't work? Almost 20 quid down the drain on games that won't work. Shame on me for continually giving you a chance. So disappointing (and unfair).
Love this series but don't understand why Escape from ravenhurst will not play. It will download but not open.
again ive bought a game from bf and would like a refund ,as it doesnt work at all neither did headless horseman i would like refund for that aswell

Am stuck down the cliff - gap will not let me place the ladder so I can receive piece of paper. I do not have the image of the paper either. Seems like this game is a problem for lots of people. It does no good if people pay for this game and then can't even play or finish the game. Please fix this game so we can finish playing to the end.
its a interesting game it makes you think quite a bit,its also pretty fun to play. currently im so stuck on the keypad in the the light house upstairs, nothing appers to work. no hints which needs inprovment.the item scenes are the only thing i do not like. you have to stare at the screen most of the time missing them and haveing to use hint to found them. mainly its because they are to light and its dark. other then that good game. if anyone one could give me some help with the keypad in the light house be wonderfull
I paid for the game but got disappointed. It's too difficult and the hints aren't very helpful which makes it really hard to play without the help of the online walkthrough. This doesn't make it fun to play! The DNA puzzle isn't working even though I did it right so many times. I will uninstall the game because I can't proceed after this point. Other Big Fish games are much more fun.
This is WORST BFG GAME EVER. Im a big fans of BFG. Purchased tons of bfg games (pc or android, u can check it). But this game is a huge dissapoinment. The bugs is frustating. The item is keep reappearing after i tap and keep increasing (when the item i need to find count to 0 the number back to 7 or 8 again and the item reappearing again) there is no way to finish the game if u dont fix this bugs. Please fix it. Im purchased premium collector version ffs. And the loading time is unbelievable. I have all ravenhearst series but this is the worst. Fix the bugs and pay attention to ur loyal customer complaints.
Extremely upset!!!! I can't play the game on my phone and they aren't updating the app plus trying to go through to get a refund to my google account is a joke. Google says contact developer and the developer says to contact google. Such a waste of money. They need to give my money back or update the game.
