Escape game: 50 rooms 3

this 3rd edition is way easier than the previous 2, so fun but not always challenging enough. I wish escape room would allow a way to have a closer look at the items we have collected to better know what it is for. as well, maybe an option for instruction for a game might be nice. j don't want the game to help me solve it, and if I want a hint, I want to SEE how the game was played not just have it done for me.

Game play is great. The puzzles are good and relatively easy. But I HATE that the level automatically resets if I exit the game. I have bumped the menu button a few times when I'm close to the end of the level. Update: looks like this issue was resolved.

Just started the game. Clues are easy to find at this time. Have played the 1 & 2 games. As the game progresses the clues are harder to find, and the mini games are sometimes hard to figure out. I. Have found that getting more hints is not easy. The spinning wheel always ends on an ad and after the ADs you get no hints. It takes many spends to finally get a hint. To get more spins you have to exit out of the mini game and come back in several times to finally get a hint from the spinner.

Great graphics! Fun puzzles, although it could use a little variety in type and challenge levels. It has some glitches where you can't perform an action, place a tile for example (which is where I uninstalled it), and you have to start a room over if you exit the game at all. The hints are also buggy: sometimes you don't get your hint for watching an ad at all, sometimes it gives you the hint and doesn't detract it from your total hints accumulated (nice when that happens). The hint button needs to be moved away from the edge, it's very easy to hit it by mistake. Overall it's a fun game, needs some ironing out.

The rooms start easy and I enjoyed the introductory puzzles. The hint button is too close to where my thumb naturally rests on my screen and therefore I clicked the hint button when I didn't need hints. When I did need hints they were pretty useless. They just indicated an area you need to focus on. Majority of the time I already knew that! I got to level 41 and experienced a bug I can't get past. Sad to not finish the game but I largely enjoyed the ride! The graphics fit the pace of this game.

The entire game series bugs out and you can't advance. This one "Escape Room 3" messed up on level 6 (Wouldn't let me pick up the batteries) "Escape Room 2" bugged out on level 47 (The door wouldn't open, even though the puzzle was 100% complete) You really need to make a "Skip Level" button to avoid these problems. It's extremely frustrating when a glitch on the game's part means that you can't play anymore. Besides that, it's a good game.

interesting but flawed . once you find a clue it goes into a side panel that is too small to read . you know you've collected something but you can't see what it is! spelling errors make the game seem cheap. having said that, I still play it. though the last level I just played had a glitch on the end puzzle where a piece would not move. I knew the solution but was frustrated by the error. had to use up three hints to achieve the goal that I knew the answer to. correct these basic errors please

I really like this game. The graphics is good and the gameplay is fantastic as it really challenges my logic and critical thinking process. The downside is that the game is very buggy, thus ruining the good gaming experience. I'm stuck at level 41 because it won't let me drag items on the sun mini game. Repeated it many times already but it still gets stuck at some point. I encountered this issue on the lower levels too but at least those get fixed when I repeated the level for the first time.

Didn't make it 5 stars because of the annoying placement of the ad where you have to be careful not to click on it because it's right next to the arrow used to nagivate through the rooms. The hint system is also very bad and if you need more than one hint it'll show a message in Chinese. There's also a typo when they ask to rate the game or "cancle". The puzzles are challenging enough and the art is beautiful so I'll give it a 4 anyways.

I liked 1 and 2 A LOT, but 3 has two big problems. Firstly the rooms are too simple. They have about half the complexity of the rooms in 1 and 2, which leaves me feeling like "oh, that's it?" when I unlock a door. And secondly, there are errors in many puzzles (as an example the HOLMES puzzle on level 37), so you have to use a clue to get the solution even if you work it out. Which is annoying. Really hope that future games are more like 1 and 2 and less like 3 cause this one disappointed me.

The game should be more particular regarding the puzzles that are to be solved. It becomes difficult for the player to identify the rules of the mini puzzles in every level. So, there should be rules in every puzzle notifying the player how to play. Nevertheless, the game is awesome and it did hook me from the very beginning. Every level is more and more challenging and certainly an addiction for me!

Like the series, but this one is bad. Way too many bugs and a lot of the puzzles are overly complex and on the border of not making any sense. The bugs are the worst though - items that need to ve collected in a certain level or the level breaks, hit boxes that are way to big and overlap, and things that become unclickable. And the puzzles? A challenge is fun, but some of these are so unintuitive they might as well be guessing games. Needs a lot of work.

I enjoy the rooms but many glitches keep the series from being great. The ad bar from the bottom randomly, but frequently jumps onto the screen, blocking the back arrow to zoom out of puzzles and many areas. Also, some puzzles simply don't work when they should, causing me to close the app and replay that room. And the hint system requires me to spin a wheel for a chance to win a hint OR watch an ad with no reward. It's by far the worst system in any game series I've ever played. I don't mind a straight forward hint system where a hint is traded for watching an ad, but not this cheap game of "chance" where it lands on "ad" 9 times out of 10.

Fun and often challenging. The biggest annoyance is that many essential clues are very small and incredibly hard tp decipher if you don't have perfect vision. The other annoying thing us that there is no explanation for the puzzle within the rooms. So you have to figure out the objective and then how to win it. You also can't get any clues for these puzzles, you either flounder or waste 3 clues for the puzzles to be solved. It would be nice if they at least specified the objective.

i love the game but some of the puzzles you have to do are too hard and needs 3 hints to skip them. there should be a better option, if i didn't have to wait to spin and win 3 stupid hints (which is nearly impossible) then i would continue to download more games and play for the most part its fun but expect to spend money if your not good at puzzles.

I love these games! I've played all 50 levels in about a day. Some are easier than others and others are really challenging, but the reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they NEED to add directions to the puzzles or some kind of hint on how to go about and solve them. Sometimes I find myself having to go to YouTube to get some guidance and that takes away from the challenge and fun. Other than that, I love these escape rooms to pass the time.

I think it's s good game, fairly easy but challenging enough at times to frustrate you. My only suggestion would be to give instructions on the games. Some are not self explanatory. Some of the tools are not immediately recognizable, so a tool name woukd help. Lastly, instead of completing a game, give an option to spend one coin on a hint, or the three to complete it, again, some are not self explanatory, but we would like the option to figure it out with a clue before we give up completely.

This is my first experience with this game/developer. IMHO the best room escape game BY FAR in terms of realistic graphics. I love the simple, uncluttered placements of objects in the rooms. Each room environment has so much detail and texture that just exploring the room is enjoyable. So far it's really easy to go up in level but I assume it will get more difficult.

like the game but the mini games within the boards sometimes dont work. In levels 41 and 42 for example, I was unable to complete the games because the games were not allowing me to put pieces in the correct spots and nothing would happen when I touched certain areas in which I knew were correct after a little research. Very frustrating.

Loved 1 and 2, but this one is full of glitches as others have mentioned. Level 37 - HOLMES to name one, and Level 42 - door game (can't even play it, so this is where I end I guess). As mentioned in other responses, some instructions about the objective of games would be handy, and also fixing the glitch that displays clues in Chinese characters instead of English would be great too. Sadly, found the puzzles pretty easy, and with the number of glitches will be moving on to a different game.

Started out easy enough, but then I got to level 37 I think. the wine bottles spelled out "HOLMES" and those should have been able to correspond with the crossword puzzle to let you know which piano keys to hit. I ended up using a hint, but if you hit the keys the way the hint tells you to, it spells it out wrong to say LEOMSH. That was frustrating enough, so now I'm supposed to pick up something it won't let me. some levels too dark too. waste my time.

On level 20 so far and I find each room to be too short and too easy. In your 2nd game it was too hard. Maybe it will change and get longer here soon but there needs be a happy medium. I'm also not sure what's going on with ads. Many don't have an X to move on. You have to exit the whole app just to get rid of it. Never had that problem in the other games.

Is anyone else having a problem with level 45? I have a painting, and a box with numbers. I try a hint it takes me to the wheel. What is the glitch? FIX IT!!! But the most frustrating is when I spin the wheel and it lands on AD I watch the entire ad and never get a free hint. Fix it!! I have to say though there have been some puzzles that seemed impossible to solve there are ways to solve them. I thought I would never get through the tiles on level 21, but I just did it!! I feel empowered.lol

Quite interesting game. Some times it gets stuck and i had to restart the stage probably due to high ram utilization Edit: unfortunately the bugs keep creeping up. Things like not being able to peek an object that is necessary to continue and having to restart the game losing in the process all the progression you had up until that point (you can't save the stage midpoint and when you restart you have to play the whole room all over again)

for the puzzles that work its great. looks nice. better picture quality. several games wont work for me. i am currently stuck on level 41 because one puzzle keep freezing up the pieces i am trying to move around. i cant get throught it because i cant place the pieces where i need. seeing as i am stuck and i cant even skip the level i might as well uninstall.

I love these escape room games. I have a few issues tho. Half the games, you have to figure out how to even play. Instructions would be nice. It gets frustrating not even being able to figure out the game. Also, some items ate hard to distinguish what they are; which makes it very frustrating to have to figure out the item before continuing the game. They'd be a lot more enjoyable if you knew how to play the individual games and could figure out what the pieces are.

I've been playing this series again but from the latest game to the first and they are def getting better with the newer games so its great to see the improvements you've made. Theres a few little glitches in this earlier game (cant see the numbers on the pool balls for example as the 3/3 covers the green one) but these are only minor and overall a great game. In future games I would love to see you add some swipe movements or lifting things/moving things with a swipe rather than just touch and it happens. Overall a great series of games and it's great they are free full games. Very well made and clever. :-)

i didn't like it. The first version of the game was good and got my mind going, but i was able to pass all 50 levels pretty quickly. Version 2 of the game was MUCH better with more variety in rooms, puzzles and games, more challenging. This third version is no good. It had too many glitches that forced me to restart the app and i got completely stuck on level 42 altogether. Had to uninstall the game because it was completely unresponsive. No improvements over last versions.

I would probably go with a 5 if it weren't for just A LOT of stupid things I consider mistakes kor laziness) on their end. Some of the puzzles don't give you a clue as to what you are meant to do! So not only do you have to solve the puzzle, you have to figure out HOW! And you can't just use a hint to help you past a bump in the road when solving a puzzle! It's all or nothing! Either I MUST use 3 hints to SOLVE the whole puzzle, or I spend forever trying to figure it out alone. FRUSTRATING!
