There is no hammer....
But I'm having the same issue as a lot of others. The 2nd scene is suppose to have a hammer behind a plant at the bottom, once you zoom in and click it makes the noise as if you picked something up but nothing shows in your inventory. Once it's fixed I will give it 5*'s.
